Stayed here for 3 nights i was given one of the premier plus rooms overlooking the main road . Massive room ,fridge & decent shower ,Unfortunately the noise from rhe road ment not much sleep as the windows are useless I actually thought it wasn't shut at first . I can never understand hotels that dont install quality double glazing on rooms next to roads ? . The staff are brilliant ,all go out of there way to help but they are run ragged as not enough staff they have to go from been in reception to serving food & drinks but still manage to di with a smile . Food is of a good standard & breakfast is a serve your self buffet . The parking is pay at the machine but the staff are as confused as i was as to when you payed . I was told to pay at the end of my stay but as I went out to pay a guy from Horizon who run the parking seemed to think you should pay every day . The reception gave me there email address as they've had issues with the parking & some guess had gotten parking fines. I was told to not pay them & send to the email address for them to be cancelled . Hopefully this won't happen as its quite stressful wondering if you're going to get a parking fine . Someone at premier inn needs to get this sorted .

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in a family room for 4. The hotel was more expensive than normal, over £650 for the 3 nights incl. breakfast. The room had one king size bed and two single beds. The good parts first. The hotel was in a good location for where we needed to be. The room was large enough for all of us and was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bad parts. There were not enough staff present when we arrived and check-in took a long time having to wait for someone, even after ringing the bell as instructed on the reception desk. When using the bar, even though the bar was full, no member of staff stayed at the bar and everyone who wanted served had to ring and wait and when going to breakfast we had to wait to have our room number checked and then also had to wait for a table to be cleared and set. None of these are a fault of the staff working. I have seen this in a few different Premier Inn hotels and it seems, to me, that they are always just under staffed. The food at breakfast was ok, some of the cooked breakfast looked a little under cooked. The bread and pastries were also empty and had to wait for them to be refilled and this was also true of the cold drinks. We didn't stay in the hotel for any other meals.

Always my go to hotel when visiting Glasgow, easy to get to by car as just off the motorway, also has cheaper car parking. Ideal also as 5 min walk from city centre shops.

Feels further from the centre of town than it actually is. Easy to find your way to especially using sat nav, or better still Google maps. One staff member let the team down due to attitude, otherwise the team were very welcoming and friendly. Do be aware that parking is £10 a night, but you do get a voucher to scan that reduces it to £9.00.
