We had a 2 night stay for work. Karen (bar manager) was the most friendly, helpful and welcoming member of staff across the Premier inns we have stayed in.
Thank you

We had a fantastic experience checking in on Monday, March 10th, thanks to the incredible team!
A massive shout-out to Ewan, who was truly unbelievable. He was practically running the whole hotel by himself—seamlessly floating between reception, the bar, and the restaurant to make sure every single guest was taken care of. His energy and work ethic were incredible to watch, and he made us feel welcomed right away. As an added bonus, he even spoke some Chinese, which was such a wonderful and personal touch!
I also want to give a special thanks to the lovely Chinese team member working reception alongside him during check-in. Though I unfortunately didn't catch her name, she was tremendously helpful, warm, and efficient.
Together, they made our arrival and stay unforgettable. Ewan and the team deserve all the recognition in the world for their hard work. We will definitely be back!
Excellent hotel to stay in right in central Glasgow. Ample parking, and the staff were so helpful too.
Sarah, Sasha and Peirui from the Front of House staff were great and very accommodating. And Maria and Manisha from the BOH staff were superb at what they had to do too.
Big recommend.
For a first time visit to Scotland, Premier Inn was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable room, convenient location, and helpful staff. There's a coop around the corner for snacks and a local sim card, and a great late night pizza place (Bravo) and convenient bus stop (Citizens Theatre) one block over. Would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely wonderful stay – highly recommended!
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and can't recommend it enough! The service here was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. A special thanks to Karen, who was incredibly friendly, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms were fantastic – spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable, with a really great bed. The bathroom and shower were just as spotless, and the towels were big, soft, and fluffy – such a nice touch. Despite being so central, our room was surprisingly peaceful, so we slept soundly every night.
Breakfast rounded things off nicely too – freshly prepared, generous, and exactly what you need to start the day. We also ate at the restaurant and can really recommend that.
The hotel sits just south of the River Clyde, only a 5–10 minute walk from the city centre and all the major sights – perfect for exploring on foot. Also, there is a supermarket a 5 minute walk away, so you've got everything you need close by. The hotel is located right outside the Low Emission Zone, so you won't need to worry about compliance or restrictions to reach the hotel with an older car.
All in all, a brilliant hotel with an unbeatable location, excellent food, spotless and comfortable rooms, and wonderful, attentive staff – Karen especially made our stay memorable. We'll definitely be back!
