Great location, a short walk from Glasgow Queen Street Station (both to arrive/depart and explore Glasgow and beyond too).
Nearby bus stop although our only experience of that was the bus didn’t turn up.
Great location for übering or hailing a Hackney cab. All central Glasgow locations are easily walkable from here. We’ve used this PI several times over the last couple of years. We keep going back because of all the reasons mentioned, as well as good value, and consistent standard.

I think you can get better free wifi on the citylink bus that took you here. I get they're trying to encourage you to spend 6£ for the premium wifi but this is like laughably bad, constant drop outs. Nothing ever loads, less than a Mb upload and download speed. I've never experience dial-up internet, but I can't imagine this is that far off from it.

Forced by one member of afternoon staff (and a lttle ray of Miss Sunshine she was) to use self service check in. Which didn’t go well and had to be checked in by another member of staff. Room was clean, evening staff friendly and a standard Prem Inn.
If Premier Inn intend to make everything self service they need to check their Anti slavery polices as working for them for free as a part time receptionist can be seen as a form of slavery.

I booked a room for last Wednesday night by mistake and wanted it changed to the Thursday and got an email to me to tell me that the booking I made was non refundable. For a company this size owned by Whitbread I cannot believe that they can do this.
I will never consider using Premier Inn again.
