  Arrived at 2.15 for check in , to be told abruptly “ it’s an extra £15 if you check in before 3 pm”. The room is ready. I am barely 45 minutes before the advertised check in. What a rip off: shame on Premier Inn management.

  The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just what I've come to expect from Premier Inn. However, it was on the west facing side which had a lot of afternoon sunlight which the air-conditioning struggled to cope with which made the room uncomfortably hot.

  Reception service is not existent. They are under resourced and 2 specific male attendants were very rude to all customers. They were acting like they are doing a favour and had bigger ego. This rating is based on tye several interactions we had with those 2, specifically male attendants. I don't know their names.. one with a big tattoo in hand and the other with brunette beard. Other male and female attendants were surprisingly the opposite.. very helpful and courteous. But we were always served by these 2 odd balls.

  We really liked the location of the hotel, however, we had a lot of problems with the customer service provided in this establishment. First off, we asked a staff member to help us check in and he just sent us off to the automatic machine. I have never used this machine in my life and I’m not great with technology, so when me and my husband asked for support the staff member said “The instructions are on there”, and when we asked where our room key is he just pointed at the machine and said “there”, giving us no more support than that. Another issue we had is that none of the cleaning staff came by to change our towels or the bin. We had booked a 3 night stay, and throughout the whole duration of that we had to keep using the same towels that were included initially, and had a full bin with extra rubbish next to it due to not having the bin bag changed by any staff. Overall we were quite disappointed with our stay here, and I hope this review will help you guys improve your establishment.

  Not a fan of the automated check in and no staff to help with any thing. Then when you need to order from bar and restaurant they have limited staff on and takes forever to be served. Not the staffs issue as they were all very helpful when available. Location is fabulous though if you need public transport. Short walk to Quyen Street trains and Buchanan Bus terminal Not a fan of no service on rooms. Here 3 nights and no beds made or towels changed. Walls in bathroom filthy. Food was good but had very limited stock of alcohol as each cocktail I asked for had an ingredient out of stock and couldn't order.
