  Stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. The room was immaculately clean, and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioning was set to a minimum temperature of 21°C, which in reality felt quite warm. You enter the hotel on the ground floor, with stairs or a lift available to take you to the check-in area on the second floor. The restaurant is also located on this floor. There are two vending machines located on the 2nd floor. One has drinks and snacks in it with the other having essentials such as toothbrushes and shaving kits. We used the Concert Square car park, which cost £12 per day. There’s a machine at reception that validates your car park ticket and allows you to get the discounted rate.

  I had the WORST experience staying in this hotel for 3 days. The duty manager Monica, is such a rude person and is pretty aggressive and shouts at guests. No phones in room, no trash bins in floors or even in main floor(just one beside front desk), worst customer service, dirty entrance with litter all around, invades privacy over nights barging into guest rooms and when questioned shouts at the guests. I filed a formal complaint for this with their corporate office as well. If u are booking it be really aware of the shortcomings, the pics are pretty outdated and its just a smelly worthless hotel where both customer service and atmosphere fails big time. Only good thing is it's location but not worth the mental trauma and safety issues.

  Our room was large and spacious, plenty of room for luggage. Bathroom is absolutely spotless! The room is very clean. I’m really impressed either way the size and cleanliness. Beds as per all Premier Inns are comfortable. Good location, short walk to Queen St station and maybe ten minute walk to Central Station. Only down side is there is no air conditioning, only a heater and the windows don’t open.

  Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant service experiences I had during my trip. The female staff member at the luggage service desk on the second floor was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What concerned me most was the way I was treated as an Asian guest. Her manner toward me was particularly unfriendly and disrespectful, and she made me feel extremely unwelcome. Every guest, regardless of nationality or ethnicity, deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. A hotel’s facilities and location mean very little when a member of staff makes a guest feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience seriously affected my overall impression of the hotel. Based on my personal experience, I would not stay here again, and I would strongly advise Asian travellers visiting this city to carefully consider other accommodation options.

  Great location and been here a few times some years ago and expecting the same standard but not so. The woman at check in on 31 September at 3:30 pm was very rude. The entrance to the hotel is extremely grubby and one lift button was sellotaped over and not useable. The plus room no 1606 had a small window with little light and the cleaning had not been done with smudge marks on the table and crumbs on the chair. The carpet was soiled in the room and on the landings. The breakfast was good and especially fresh eggs from the chef in a very busy breakfast room. The strawberries in the fruit compote was frozen and inedible - don’t know why this cannot be defrosted in time.
