  Fabulous location! Old and rustic -feeling, and perfect for the tourist to get around Glasgow. Stanislava at the bar was an excellent server and extremely pleasant. Great experience!

  ​I recently stayed at the Millennium Hotel Glasgow and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, but what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional service. ​I want to give a special thanks to Claine, who prepared and serviced my room. It was absolutely spotless, beautifully turned down, and immaculate throughout my stay. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention to detail, and Claine’s hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making my visit so comfortable—I will definitely be back!

  I stayed at Millennium Hotel Glasgow in March 2026, and my experience was mixed. When I arrived for check-in, I was initially assigned a different room. After completing the paperwork, the staff member assisting me—a petite lady—was very polite and helpful before stepping away. However, the situation changed when another staff member approached me. She asked whether I had received the room key, and I replied that she could confirm with her colleague since I had just completed the check-in process. Her response was unexpected and inappropriate, as she told me to “stop being rude,” which I found both surprising and uncomfortable. She had been handling the process from start to finish while I had already been waiting for almost an hour Aside from this incident, most of the staff I encountered during my stay were courteous and professional.

  Positives: Location is great Very friendly staff Nice welcome chocolate on bed at arrival. Negatives: This hotel must have once been grand, but now looks very tired and worn. for example the button on the lift needed you to fiddle with it before it would work.. The hot water in my shower took 10 minutes to warm up. breakfast was mediocre at best. My mattrass had a big bump in it so I had to sleep diagonal quite pricey for what you get IMHO Also the construction work on the square is not ideal, but cant fault the hotel on that..

  We enjoyed our stay very much. To be so central and yet have a quiet night’s sleep in Glasgow on a Friday night seems amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room (and beautiful bathroom!) were both spotless, thanks to Claire from the housekeeping team.
