  Nice hotel short walk from the station. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. There is a decent bar and plenty of seating. Breakfast was a smooth experience with a reasonable range of food hot and cold. Room was nice. The 3 star on the room was primarily down to the awful WiFi, my 4g was faster.

  I’ve stayed a few times, once leisure, once work. Good location about 5 mins from Central Station so many food and drink options. Parking at discounted rate at car park about 1 min walk from hotel. Comfortable, clean and large rooms. Lovely service.

  This hotel is IHG, but it’s the poor relative!! 1. The bed in the room is too soft 2. The quality of the food at the breakfast is shocking 3. The staff at the breakfast are very good 4. No Bellboy. That’s a disgrace 5. The trolley for suitcases needs to be replaced 6. They need to employ a professional Barman and not some YTS Person. 6. The soundproofing of the room is non-existent They are part of IHG and that’s why I booked. I stayed in Kimpton in March 2026, far superior to Indigo hotel. I will not be back and I will recommend people avoid Indigo hotel unless there are no spaces to sleep under the Kingston Bridge!!!!!

  I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The location is central, which is about all it has going for it. The building shakes. Every time I lay in my bed, the whole floor vibrates. This happens every few minutes, leading you to become extremely nauseous and unable to sleep well, if at all. I brought this up with management my first night here and they offered no solutions. Outside of the vibrations, no one answers the phone when you call reception or room service, the water in the shower does not get warm enough , and there are no outlets in the bathroom. The hotel has some serious structural issues that need to be addressed. Honestly, I am shocked they are still operational.

  Nominally a 4* Hotel but the rooms and facilities (bar, food, reception etc) place it at best as a mid market 3* devoid of soul. Room was pretty basic, furniture distressed, coffee machine was missing it's lid and tge air conditioning unit didn't seem to be working and the grill was filthy. Had selected room service for breakfast only to receive a call from reseption an hour before it was due that they wouldn't be serving hot food as the chef hadn't turned up.... 4* Hotel? Therein, would we like a Continental Breakfast instead, disappointed we agreed to this - On arrival this amounted to two slices of toast, two small bowls of Pineapple and Melon, yogurt, one bowl of yogurt, Coffee and Orange Juice.... My primary school kids could have prepared a better 'Continental' breakfast. No refund for breakfast when raised.
