The night receptionist, Yvonne, appeared to be asleep during her shift and was behaving aggressively towards me, when I only asked a general question about the bathroom. I found her attitude quite disrespectful and unprofessional. Breakfast was okay, but there could have been more options available. Unfortunately, the poor service at reception left a negative impression.

The hotel is clean , minutes away from city centre, pubs, restaurants, shopping centre Breakfast was varied and good.
