  Ottime camere e ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro .... colazione buona ma con poca scelta avrei preferito un assortimento di salumi per dei toast invece nulla . Ma ci sono ottimi croissant

  Visited Glasgow first-time and stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful location great service. Breakfast was really good. The river view from the balcony is mesmerizing 😍

  Very Disappointing Experience We arrived at the hotel on Friday, 7 August 2026, at around 2:35 PM after travelling a long distance with our children. We had booked 12 rooms for our family holiday and paid over £4,000. Unfortunately, from the moment the receptionist saw that we were a large group, we felt very unwelcome and poorly treated. Although check-in time had passed, she made most of our group wait while allowing only a few adults to proceed. She asked for IDs for everyone, including children, despite us showing our booking and payment confirmation. The situation became even more disappointing when we were told that, because we were a large group, we could only have breakfast between 7:00 and 7:30 AM, while breakfast was available until 10:00 AM for other guests. We politely asked why this restriction applied only to us, but we were given no clear explanation. At one point, we were even told that we could cancel the booking if we were unhappy. After travelling a long distance with children, this was extremely upsetting. We were simply asking to access the rooms we had already booked and paid for. After repeatedly explaining our situation and asking for help, we were eventually allowed to check in. We understand that hotels have procedures, especially for large groups, but we expect fair, respectful and professional treatment. Unfortunately, our experience made us feel singled out and unwelcome. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that large families and groups are treated with the same respect as every other guest.
