- LRLucy Ray1 day ago4.0A great hotel for families with great facilities and a very kind and warm welcome from all the staff. A toy was given to our baby at check in and check out. The kids pool facilities were great and I was a big fan of the sauna and steam room. It's downfall I believe is the food. It was good, however priced exceptionally high for what it was. £100 for a Buffet breakfast for two I feel is very steep when most of the food was luke warm not hot. I also felt that the wait staff in the restaurant may need to back off slightly. I am all for a chat however not when you are mid way through eating dinner or when you are just trying to take a minute to enjoy a coffee. We were approached many many times during each meal for a general chit chat.

- IIIzAug 14, 20263.0I thought it was okay! The outdoor pool is a little sad and the facilities in general are old. The gardens are really nice to walk through but very small. The food is okay but nothing special. The front desk staff are lovely, but the restaurant staff are a bit weird - quite often we would ask to sit somewhere and they would tell us it was closed or full only for us to see it was half full - I can let it go once but it happened about 3 times in one weekend. I was like, do we smell? During the day / evening on the weekend all the locals come with their kids so its super busy and honestly not great if you’re paying £800+ per night for a mid room and they’re paying £20 for a cocktail and staying for 10 hours with 4 kids lol
