  Thank you, Mehdi and the team, for the most exceptional visit and stay. The team were amazing in every single way, and it made the end of our honeymoon exceptional. Our dog was in heaven, and so were we. We look forward to more stays to come.

  General: Much more suited to families, very loud and chaotic at times. Pros: The room was nice and spacious, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent (although again there were children everywhere, touching the buffet items and plates which spoils the appetite somewhat). Cons: - They tried to sneak spurious discretionary charges onto the final bill. Check your bill thoroughly if you are staying here. - The spa felt like a public swimming baths, it was very shabby looking. - The dinner at the Wild Carrot was not great and the pricing there is outrageously steep for the quality. - General upkeep was not great; stained carpets, lines of trolleys abandoned in the halls, dead/diseased looking plants in the pizza restaurant etc. - The thermostat is bright, it had no night mode and had to be covered with masking tape so it couldn't be adjusted after the fact. Other hotels have simple cloth covers for these, surely at this price point that's not going to break the budget to have a few on standby! We stayed for a specific purpose, each year we go to a different hotel. Last year the hotel which was at a similar price point put up bunting, balloons, a popcorn machine and snacks and even put bespoke party games in the room. In this hotel, someone came over at check-in and said they would put popcorn in the room and in the end they didn't even bother with that modest display... I don't expect anything like that, but it just illustrates the point that it feels to me like a 4 star masquerading at 5. Overall it was a disappointing stay and does not do credit to this brand.

  My stay at the Four Seasons Hampshire was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The concierge arranged a seamless pickup from Heathrow, making my arrival completely stress-free. I spent my first afternoon exploring the stunning estate on the hotel’s bicycles, which were a wonderful complimentary touch. Visiting the horses and taking a dip in the beautiful outdoor jacuzzi were definite highlights of the trip. The Library, where I had tea, is absolutely gorgeous and every bit as luxurious as it looks in photos. My room was equally impressive, being spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed and windows that opened to a lovely view of the property. Between the quality of the estate and the professionalism of the staff, it was a truly memorable visit. Highly recommended!

  I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire and unfortunately my experience fell far below the expectations of a 5-star property. One of the most concerning aspects was the children’s playroom. It was in a very poor condition — visibly dirty, with broken toys, and it did not appear to be regularly cleaned or maintained. This is especially disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel that caters to families. Additionally, I had a very unpleasant experience in the dining area. I was served a yogurt that had visible mold. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards. I have photos and evidence of this incident. Overall, the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control did not reflect the standards associated with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues immediately, as this experience was not what one would expect from a hotel of this level.
