  Great location. 25mins walk to town. Surrounded by M&S and Aldi. Nice room. Good breakfast. Recommended to book premier plus room.

  Good points. Usual comfy bed and location..staff friendly and helpful.. Not so good points For a premier plus room and the price we paid it disappointing..room in need of a deep clean and replacing the carpet..even a small window to open would help with the stale air in the room..dust in a lot of places and in need of some tlc..I appreciate housekeeping staff have a small window in which to do a change over but it's a lot of little things that matter..it might help them if check out was earlier and check in later..the room was so run down with temporary fix ups obvious and spoils the look of the room..for the price we expected better..

  Absolutely shocking quality from Premier Inn. This is the second time we stayed here but the quality has deteriorated so much. The staff at check in seems unprofessional and unhelpful. He is terrible at his job. The black staff and the guy talks very slow at check out are nice. The guy at check in is seriously terrible at hospitality. He doesn't care about this work and he hates this job. The room was not even clean at all. There were rubbish and hair on the floor. There were hair left in the bath tub. Toilet was dirty. I don't know what is going on in this hotel. They didn't clean !!! So hygiene is very concerning in Premier inn The old staff at breakfast was lovely. Tell you what, I would never ever stay at Premier Inn branches anymore. I would definitely pay 400 pounds to stay Fairmont hotel next time when I am in St Andrews.

  It was fine but issues with a pre booked room. Not the fault of the staff but a system error. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was good and chef made fresh poached eggs on request.

  The heat in this hotel was unbearable. You cannot open the room windows, and the lowest temperature you can set it to is 19°C. The room felt like a sauna and made it very uncomfortable. The standard of cleanliness was also very poor. There were thick layers of dust in several areas of the room, and it was obvious the room had not had a proper deep clean in a long time. I’ve stayed in many Premier Inns over the years, and this was by far the worst I’ve experienced. We had both breakfast and dinner during our 2 night stay. The food was basic but tasty enough. However, the restaurant cleanliness let it down badly. We sat by the window and the blinds were filthy, the window sills had old ketchup splatters and food crumbs on them, the floor was very sticky, and even the cutlery did not appear particularly clean. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. They did their best but many of them were having to do multiple roles at once.
