  Premier plus room was very comfortable, liked the mini fridge - weird purple light in bathroom though. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast reasonable, plenty of it and kept hot. Location a bit far out from city centre, but handy local bus service from nearby leisure park if needed.

  Stayed here for two nights in a Premier Plus Room. Room extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Receptionist Leanne, Chef Paula and Restaurant staff Kayleigh and Dylan were all efficient, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again when on the area.

  Stayed at premier Inn service was fantastic very friendly staff who were very friendly. Chelsey front of house was very helpful and couldn't do enough help. We ate in the restaurant and celebrated my son's bday food was great by chef Dale and Robert front of house was friendly and helpful .

  The hotel is in a good location and there was plenty of parking available, which made arriving and getting settled very straightforward. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt quite tired and dated, particularly considering we paid around £100 for the night. This was made more noticeable by the fact that other rooms elsewhere on site appear to have been newly refurbished. For the price, I expected a better standard of accommodation. The location and parking were definite positives, but the condition of the room let the overall stay down.

  Have stayed previously but not for a couple of years. Reception staff friendly easy check in, parking as usual ample. Rooms are getting a bit tatty, and house keeping wasn't too great on this occasion, no towels, carpet not completely hoovered, glasses/cups dirty. No food available on arrival as chef had not turned up. Went down for breakfast waitress was lovely and welcoming, buffet was awful, I have to say it was the coldest buffet breakfast I have ever had, now my expectations of a buffet are not high but this was well below par by any standard. I was bewildered as it appeared there was some senior management in the restaurant at the time who sampled some items from the buffet and they had no reactions to it. Is this the norm... I could not eat it as wasn't prepared to become ill later on by eating food not obviously being hot held correctly or any temperature checks being taken, apart from just being obviously cold. So continental it was for us. Standards have fallen.
