The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Wonderfully warm welcome.
Accessible bathroom was in dire need of renovation and repair (not the fault of the staff).
Mould, damage, uneven floor, inadequate extractor fan and nowhere at waist level to place shower toiletries.

Me and my friend came here for the night and I'm quite happy with the experience. Staff are nice and polite and very accommodating! Quiet hotel with good selection at breakfast, ideal location too - within a leisure park and only a short bus ride away from another retail park.
Rooms are very clean however one of the pillows did seem to have a small stain of blood - not end of the world and know how hard stains can be to come out so just flipped the pillow around. I usually go to travelodges but after this experience with premier inn I will be looking to book with them in the future.
My friend is celiac so there was a few concerns with breakfast due to any possible cross contamination of gluten but the staff are so accommodating and nice that they were happy to cook her a separate meal, completely new and cleaned cutlery and were very open to give her any fresh equipment she may need. My friend said that being celiac can be quite stressful when eating out but she felt very welcome here and said she had never been given a set of fresh cutlery before and felt very touched by the gesture.
