  Not one of the better rooms. The floor in the bathroom sunk about 2 inches as you stepped on it. Needs a lick of paint!

  The place looks and feels very run down and dirty. When I stayed it was 10 degrees outside and 25 inside ( far to hot ) The service was very nice and the staff was very nice and in a good location for food and attractions .

  I hadn’t stayed at a Premier Inn for a number of years. After several disappointing experiences with rooms that felt tired, well used and not as clean as I would expect, I had become quite disillusioned with the brand. I’m very pleased to say that my stay at Premier Inn Dunfermline has completely restored my confidence. I booked a Premier Plus room and was genuinely impressed. At this location, the Premier Plus rooms are in a separate annexe building, which I really liked. Despite being close to a road, the room was lovely and quiet and I had a great night’s sleep. The standard and finish of the room were exceptional. The fridge and air conditioning were very welcome additions, the shower was excellent and, as always, the Premier Inn bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything felt modern, clean and well looked after. There is also plenty of parking available, which makes the hotel very convenient. One small suggestion would be to add a key drop-off box at the Premier Plus annexe. At the moment, you need to walk back across to the main building to return the key when checking out, and a drop box at the annexe exit would make things just that little bit easier. Overall, an excellent stay and a real turnaround in my view of Premier Inn. I enjoyed the Premier Plus experience so much that I’ve already booked another trip staying in a Premier Plus room. I’ll definitely be back.

  Just stayed 2 nights, rooms were fine but the restaurant was closed early the first night we got there and was told it would be back open till 10pm the next night only to walk up to the door and the whole thing shut at 9pm and lights off. Very disappointing, other than that the stay was fine.

  We stayed a few weeks back as this is our usual place to stay when visiting. Reception staff were really friendly and accomodating, we requested a king size bed as we had 2 children with us and they swapped our room and arranged this for us which was really helpful. I took the two kids to the restaurant for breakfast next morning and had a great experience with elaine and aimee who were amazing with the kids and created a highlight of our trip. They were both amazing and went above and beyond for us. Staff like this are definate reason we would return to this hotel happily. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and looks great. The breakfast was also better than I expected, really enjoyed it.
