  We had a very positive experience at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, and the cleanliness deserves special praise. Our room was cleaned and tidied to perfection every single day. It was clear that the housekeeping team truly cares about the comfort of its guests. A special mention goes to the lady with black hair at reception. Her kindness, warm smile, professionalism, and welcoming attitude made us feel valued from the very beginning. People like her are a real asset to any hotel and make all the difference to a guest’s experience. We sincerely hope that the management recognises her hard work and dedication, as she truly deserves to be rewarded for it. We would also like to thank the lady with grey hair at reception and the blonde-haired lady serving breakfast. All three ladies were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the breakfast, as pretty much the same food was served every day. A little more variety would be very welcome, especially for guests staying for several nights. Apart from that, this hotel is definitely worth recommending! Excellent service, spotless and well-maintained rooms, and wonderful staff who make guests feel welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay. We sincerely hope that the team, especially the lady with black hair at reception, receives the recognition they deserve. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! 😊

  Good, clean hotel handy for overnight stay before or after flight from Edinburgh airport and MUCH cheaper than airport hotels.

  Mostly a Holiday Inn Express, though it could really benefit from having a microwave and/or fridge in the room and available laundry facilities. It does have a bar and restaurant on-site.
