(Don’t know her name but she’s tiny in stature) Great breakfast, enough parking and right next to an M&S, what’s not to like?

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The highlight of the stay was the customer service. A massive shoutout to James, who was amazingly accommodating and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. Comfortable, convenient, and top-tier hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone traveling for work!

I wanted to give a lower rating as I am disappointed in the hotel itself, being so understaffed. Surely there are people out there needing work!? The three ladies that worked their socks off, deserve to be treated better by Whitbread PLC. For this, I give the staff 5 stars, as for Mr. Whitbread… 1… shame on you!
