- OBOrpa BarlucchiSep 9, 20265.0All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service from everybody. It was remarkable. Well done to the team! Would definitely recommend this particular Premier Inn and now that I've discovered it, will stay again as I usually fly through Gatwick Airport.
- PSPam SpamSep 8, 20265.0We had a long day after our flight got delayed and cancelled, but Jon and Seb were incredibly welcoming and kind to us even when there was a mess up in my booking. They worked hard to make sure our short stay was comfortable and smooth. Amazing nachos, by the way!
- JCJill CrakeSep 2, 20265.0Pleasurable stay with the best staff at any Premier Inn. Exceptional service in the restaurant especially as I have Coeliac. All staff well trained in cross contamination. Rooms are large and well appointed.
