  Great hotel but don't eat dinner here! They have a new chef who is really struggling to learn the ropes. Luckily a member of bar staff stepped in and cooked our burgers at the second attempt. Can't fault the efforts to get it right, but it took 3 hours to get our food right. I am sure in time this will be solved as they have recruited such good check-in and bar staff.

  Good location and lovely staff however my main issue is the water pressure/ temperature. The showers and taps are so weak and the temperature of the water is inconsistent and constantly fluctuates so you end up being frozen and scolded multiple times having a shower. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. There is also very limited parking and most people end up just parking in the electric vehicle spaces without an electric car

  fairly okay comparing other hotels offering similar service. Limited carparks and so be early to check in. We arrived after 6pm, all carparks gone, need to park in a near mall carpark at GBP7.5 per 12 hours. super expensive Love the hair dryer, super efficient.

  Nice family room, good size beds and shower room. Had hair dryer, kettle, selection of teas/coffees, sugars and milk on a tray in room. Iron boards and irons are at reception, shame no small fridge in room or netflix app on TV but apart from that everything was great.

  我明白 Premier Inn 屬於經濟型酒店，所以對設施和服務並沒有過高期望。但今次的停車安排實在令人非常失望。 酒店停車場要求住客付費泊車，但竟然明確表示即使已經付費，也不能保證有車位可供使用。更離譜的是，我入住兩晚，停車場兩天都完全沒有空位，但仍然需要支付兩晚的停車費。 我完全不明白這種收費邏輯。作為消費者，我付費是為了使用一項服務，而不是為了一個沒有任何保障的「使用權」。如果停車場長期供不應求，酒店和停車場管理公司是否應該檢討現行安排，而不是繼續向所有有泊車需要的住客收費？ 向客人收取停車費，卻無法提供車位，這種做法既不合理，也不公平。今次的體驗令我對這間酒店留下非常負面的印象，希望酒店能正視問題，改善停車安排。
