Location is very close to train station and next to shopping mall. Sea side is about 7 mins walk. The hotel house keeping let it down as found unfolded towel behind bathroom door. Otherwise room was comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the bar or dining option

Fantastic staff. Very generous and caring! Lovely hotel, decorated lovely. Location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach. Mall with shops close by. m&S close by. Breakfast was decent. Room was slightly smaller than other Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately it’s seems Premier Inn have updated the mattress. I a lover of their mattress but the news ones are hard and very uncomfortable which is a shame. Room was clean. Shower was clean and very nice. Waterfall shower head. Loads of plug sockets. Air con worked well. Just unfortunate about the new mattress.

We booked a room for Saturday check out on Sunday but at reception the room was booked for Friday. They told us there was nothing they could do and tried to get us to buy a new room for £250. They gave a number to call for a potential refund but the line is closed during the weekend.
Now was have no room to sleep tonight…so…thanks.
