- SSStevie Smooth2 days ago1.0Had a terrible experience with breakfast. Made a complaint and they refunded the cost which was the very least they could do. A week later I checked my credit card and there was a charge for a £102 which was not from me. On speaking to customer relations they told me that I had made a booking which I most definitely had not. Eventually they admitted that it was one of their staff that created a fake booking and charged me £102 so as they could then refund the breakfast part! Totally outrageous and bordering on fraud.
