- AAAdam6 days ago1.0We had a very disturbing stay. At around 10:00pm we asked for an extra couple pillows to be bought to the room. Half hour later we heard one single knock at the door. We shouted wait wait wait three times and within half a second later the hotel worker decided to let themselves in our room, even though are instruction was for them to wait outside as I just came out the shower and my partner was in the shower. Completely against our will letting themselves in our room whilst we were in the middle of changing. You have a duty of care and this against the consumer rights act2015, and This is a complete mockery and a severe safeguarding concern , thankfully I was with my partner at the time but this could have been kids on the same situation. Still yet to receive an email from the company regarding this issue. Soon as I complained to management I kept getting fobbed off, spoke to ronald, Mohammed and then Anca within the morning, got refused to be given an incident report copy of what happened. And all they said was the reason why this happened because the hotel worker doesn’t speak any English so there is a language barrier and that is why he let himself in! Absolute shameful!
- SKSuresh KMNMay 27, 20265.0Staff are very helpful even when stressed :). Rooms are clean with working zircon. We were there on tge hottest day in May and rooms were still cool. Paid breakfast worth it. Location is close to former NCP carpark if you do not find parking onstrret for the night.
