For visitors arriving by train, the station is within walking distance, and you can shop 'til you drop at the Eastbourne Arndale centre, before heading back to the hotel for a slap-up meal at our on-site restaurant.

- MBMochi B33Aug 10, 20262.0We have been staying here on and off several times a year to see family. It use to be really good, rooms seemed clean and staff was really good. However in the last 9 months it's massively gone down hill... The rooms have a manky smell and clearly not cleaned properly. The floors are filthy as are the chairs. Unfortunately the staffing has changed alot, and the current ones come across as rude, unfriendly and really couldn't care less about your stay. Sadly this puts a downer on the few remaining good staff. This maybe the last time we stay here as it's no longer the affordable hotel for families to use due to poor service and cleanliness/hygiene.
- AMAdrian McDougallAug 4, 20265.0Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre is perfectly placed for seeing lovely Eastbourne, and while the rooms are perhaps slightly in need of some TLC our overall experience was excellent due to the staff and in particular their care when it came to food allergies at breakfast. As a Coeliac, I've experienced the full range of attitudes towards what is a serious allergy and I can say without exception, the lengths to which the staff went out of their way to ensure food safety for us were the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Without exception! Nothing was too much trouble, and I could tell the team genuinely cared. So thank you Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre. You set a standard many many other (more expensive) hotels (and restaurants) could only dream of!
