  We stayed at this Premier Inn in one of the new rooms opposite reception. It was by far the best we've experienced as it was a definite upgrade. The room was more comformable as it had a table with 2 new chairs and far more sockets to use especially next to the bed. The shower was modern and more powerful. The bed and bedding was just as comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The room also had very efficient and quiet air conditioning. Staff were polite, cheerful and very happy to help. Everywhere we went was clean and bright. We felt that our stay was exceptional value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had a amazing stay here at this premier inn and can not fault anything about it! The hotel has recently had a revamp and the room was amazing! The restaurant, The Social was clean and tidy as well as amazing service from the staff. The food was great and with a big variety and choice of different food and drinks Our child unfortunately has multiple food allergies but the staff and restaurant were amazing with this and put our mind at ease. In particular the 2 members of staff who worked the breakfast shift during our stay were brilliant with us so would like to say a big thank you to Tammy and Jess. All the staff we spoke to at the hotel were brilliant and would like to say a big thank you to you all! We look forward to our next stay here again soon 😊👍

  Stayed at Polegate Premier Inn recently and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were all welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Evie who was working during dinner service — she was absolutely amazing! So friendly, chatty and genuinely kind. And another mention to Tammy who was working the breakfast, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Service like that really makes a difference and she’s a credit to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great staff!

  Tammy in the restaurant at the Eastbourne, Polgate hotel was truly amazing! I have celiac disease and she was dedicated to ensure I had a delicious gluten free breakfast. Thank you so much for your care!
