Really convenient location. Close to everything you need! Restaurants, the train station, shops and the beach. Room was alright on the surface. While rearranging the beds (so that my 5 year old would be comfy) in the family room, we found mould on the extra bed (that my daughter would sleep on) and the floor underneath the main bed riddled with dust (which my daughter is allergic to). Windows coated in dust and mould as well. Didn’t raise a complaint as I’m used to rooms in the UK not being totally immaculate. Good breakfast and helpful staff as with all Premier Inns. Decent AC during the heatwave was nice!

I usually have a good stay here but last time someone was playing very loud music at 3 am and I couldn't sleep. Both Saturday and Sunday. Also no Internet connection in room. Had no service at all. Didn't have this trouble before but was on level 3 this time. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Very run down Hotel in need of modernisation! Mould in bathroom tatty towels with holes in. Room was so hot (windows sealed shut!) and climate control unit didn’t work efficiently, extremely noisy couldn’t even switch off. Smell of weed in lobby uninterested security guy wasn’t bothered when we mentioned it. Banging pipe work when other rooms used bath/shower. Noise from room above moving furniture and kid running around. Curtains didn’t fit windows. And to top it all after first nights bad sleep, the Icing on cake woken to 8am fire alarm & evacuation (false alarm) !!! so much for their ‘good night sleep guarantee’!!

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend (during Pride 2026) and unfortunately had a difficult stay because it was very hot—peak summer, with temperatures above 30°C—and the air conditioning was simply too weak, while the windows were sealed shut and couldn't be opened. It was a miserable experience.
