  Wasn’t prepared for our room to be giving Floridian summer when it’s actually British autumn. The air con is pants, won’t go lower than 19, turns itself off for a laugh and when it is on it’s definitely not up to much. Would have opened the window but given the location, half the population of Britain is driving past 24/7. Oh and if you want a table in the restaurant make sure you book it 3-5 working days in advance. At least it’s 5 minutes to Nando’s.

  Comfy beds. Standard we have gotten used too. Bar manager was grumpy. Rest of staff we good. After waiting a while at the bar the manager barked it was 1 minute past 11.00. The bar staff we kind enough to serve me but if it was down the the manager I would have gone without.

  Poor / noisy location. No screen sharing on tv. Food expensive and not much choice, doesn't seem to be much around this area

  My fourth stay….coincidentally I always got almost the last room on an extremely long passage….it is such a hassle with my luggage and I can’t help but wonder why the front desk kinda “tuck me away” in the back….moving to another chain!

  I had a fantastic stay at Thurrock West Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special mention to Lilia, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Her warm and professional service really made a difference and helped make my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Thurrock West Premier Inn and would happily stay again.
