  Some rooms are along a busy main road... Seems like lots of people like to take their cars racing there! Lots of noisy exhausts so loud I thought the window was open. Disappointed to find this wasn't the case... Aircon itself is also noisy, lots of sounds like water whooshing around it. Shame other local premier inns with premier plus don't have aircon... None of these local hotels have the best of both worlds. Bed was extremely comfy as I always find with a a premier inn. Staff were lovely and attentive. Just shame I had to play white noise so loud because of the road to be able to sleep. I guess as always with a premier inn, shouldn't complain too much when paying £60 for the room... Parking was £7.50 with a voucher.

  I would like to say a big thank you to the duty manager Lilia, for her excelent service during my stay at Premier Inn. She was profesional friendly and always willing to help. Her pozitive attitude and dedication to customer service made my experience much more enjoyable.

  Rhisbisnonenof the better ones I think. The ac in the rooms really isn't worth it but its a nice place to stay .good bar good restaurant and parking. Parking is £40 for 5 nights though .plenty other places to eat fairly local and just off the m25 and jot far from the Dartford crossing it makes a good place to stay before heading south into Kent or off to France 🇫🇷

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm smile, friendly approach, and professional attitude. Dawn is a fantastic ambassador for Premier Inn. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and was always happy to help with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. It's staff members like Dawn who make a real difference and leave a lasting impression.   Myself and my husband are regular visitors here (at least once a month for the last 4-5 years) and cannot fault the service one member of staff in particular Sandeep is an absolute legend here she goes above and beyond with every request or question asked a valuable asset to this establishment cannot praise this lady enough every stay is amazing with her help professional manner and approachable personality xx
