  Stayed for one night in room 359 to fly away the next day. Everything was very clean, staff are great and the bed is very comfortable as expected. To use the lifts, you must have a room card to scan before pressing the button to call the lift. I have posted some photos for everyone to see in advance the menus, transfer bus times and the cost of parking your vehicle per night on site. Just outside the main entrance is the transfer buses that will take you to main terminal of stansted airport within 10-15mins at a cost of £4 each person. They come around roughly every 30 mins. Only flaw we found was there is no way to get fresh air into the room because the windows are solid. Understand people do stupid things but could of had a smaller window at the top of the solid window to let in fresh air and we had no fan in the room. Advise bringing a fan of your own if you get to hot during the night because the aircon can not go lower then 19oc and could not feel any cold or cool air coming out of it at all. We did not go into the restaurant inside because it was quicker to walk down the road to mcdonalds and get snacks from the bp for just one night. If we stayed longer then we would of have gave it a go. Part from all that we enjoyed our stay and most of time premier inn is a great value to us. 👍

  Thank you for a lovely stay a couple of weeks ago before flying to Tenerife. Hotel and room very clean with no issues at all. Very quiet during the night, and had a great sleep. Shout out to the lovely Alex on reception and Debora in the restaurant for your amazing friendly service! Food and drinks, just what we needed after a long drive, very tasty and great value. See you soon

  I have booked this due to flight delays that is the only reason. I arrived before check-in was open so sat in reception OK I then visited disabled toilet absolutely disgusting and filthy floors, I mentioned this when I checked in the receptionist said she might have a look. So now in my room a half attempt at making a bed not impressed when this is a premium room. Carpets in hallways are dirty. The one good thing is the shuttle bus for airport plus M&S shop which is 5 mins walk from hotel.

  We stayed here for a night before a training course at the airport. All check in machines were out of order. There was only 1 staff member on check in. It took about 30 mins to que up to get checked in. Then we went to the restaurant where we were told very abruptly they have no space but can order in the bar. When we went to order they refused and said the kitchen staff were too overwhelmed to cope and said go to macdonalds or order uber eats! For context the hotel was not massivly busy and it was 730pm. One lady came over and said dont bother as their food had not arrived for over 1 hour 30, just clearly understaffed and at such a key location. The staff were all very short and quite frankly seemed they were all about to walk out. I will definitely be staying elsewhere next time. Luckily we had a car so could go out but felt sorry for travellers who had no way of getting to a restaurant. We have used premier inn extensively as a company for 10 years but these experiences are more often now especially with the closure of pubs next door the new model is not for us.

  Usual standards one would expect from a Premier Inn. But the costs paid for EVERYTHING are exorbitant. Room cost beyond actual value received. Paid parking far too high. Cooked breakfast stale and rubbish, at a disgraceful price. Bar cost too high, poor service. Dinner good, service received from one Portuguese lady excellent, the others poor and the cost paid was not commensurate with value received. So using this hotel I did not receive value for money on ANYTHING. When booking there were far better rated hotels which I should have booked instead of paying the costs I finally ended up paying, staying here. I am a loyal Premier Inn customer. This is one Premier Inn I will never stay again nor recommend to anybody.
