  We booked and checked in very late, in fact after 3am, due to a delayed flight. The hotel is close to the airport, with buses every 15 minutes. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the room and bathroom clean, the beds comfortable. It was a great comfort after the stressful time at the airport.

  Was very very pleased with my room, everything was clean and in amazing condition! I appreciated it that next to the coffee machine there were 4 capsules provided as well as a small tea selection, a small dark & milk chocolate piece, sweetener and milk for the coffee. (I guess my only recommendation were to maybe put a plant based milk alternative as well:)). The water kettle and the fridge were clean and worked perfectly as well. The hotel in general was quiet, the staff was nice, which made it easy to unwind after a long day!

  Hotel was really clean, food choice was good and food was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Self check-in was easy and saved time on arrival. Only down side is parking can be expensive but it is near an airport so that is to be expected.

  VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE Went here for breakfast and I asked where the toilets were and an employee said, “no, we’re finished.” And she walked away. Another employee showed me where they were but I was very shocked by her response. Not a friendly response that you would expect.

  Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fine, the room was clean and the check in was so smooth. We had to have dinner at the on site restaurant as it was the only place nearby with vegan options. Our meals took 1.5 hours to arrive after asking after them several times- they had obviously been microwaved from frozen. I was told the coleslaw wasn’t vegan so I asked for it to be removed and still it arrived on my plate. The manager had to be shown by my partner where our table was, and told my partner to give her a hand carrying the plates over. The whole restaurant seemed extremely understaffed and chaotic. So many customers complained and one was even chased out by the manager- the two of them then sat down and had a really heated conversation in the hotel lobby. Really felt for the staff who have to work here.
