- IDIan DallingSep 9, 20265.0Stayed two nights in early September 2026 Rooms a little dated but very clean and well presented. All staff, especially the lady on reception were excellent and worked as a team. No breakfast available but the Toby inn next door does a good buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use again.
- SSSteve SmithSep 7, 20264.0A nice place with friendly staff and and a decent rooms. It's right on the seafront and close to Thorpe Bay. The rooms are what you would expect from Premier Inn, however they don't have air conditioning (and this is mentioned on the website site) so the room was stuffy even though a fan is provided. Otherwise no complaints
- AGAntonio GironSep 6, 20265.0Reception workers were awesome they had great knowledge of good restaurants and great places to visit.
- EHEmily HazellAug 26, 20265.0We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years for our Southend seaside visits. We have always been welcomed with very friendly receptionists, one lady in particular who sadly I didn’t get her name. The rooms are always very clean and refreshing. The views to the garden are also very nice. Each time we stay we have an amazing experience, lovely receptionists and staff overall. Thank you for making our trip even more special!
