  Stayed in room 20 and the noise from room above was terrible. Could hear every step they took due to the very squeaky floorboards. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector for some reason. Not as good as other Premier Inns that I’ve stayed in previously.

  Was only here for 1 night but was very impressed with very comfortable room and lovely comfortable king size bed.staff seemed friendly enough too ! As disabled guests was able to park fine too . -1 * that there was literally only 2 cups in the room only 4 tiny tubes of sugar and no glasses even a couple of throw away paper cups would have been nice for overnight cold drinks and not even a bottle of water. i realise this is a budget accommodation but a bottle of water couple of paper cups and a few extra milks (lucky brought my own in a cool bag ! )and sugar in room would have been appreciated so for anyone checking in ask for some more before you head to your room because theres no phones to call down for extras ! But its a nice clean room kettle coffee teabags nice bed clean towels and for the price we paid we would stay here again at the price we paid !

  Having been forced by premier inn to alter our original booking to this facility, we were pretty disappointed from the start. But unfortunately it didn’t improve with our stay; from being put in an incorrect bed, to having to request multiple new keys due to them repeatedly becoming unusable our time here was far from problem free. The location is not great with little nearby (thankfully we drove so managed to go further afield), the ongoing noise from the airport isn’t great for a couple trying to relax and the service from the attached restaurant staff left much to be desired. Will definitely be reattempting an alternate location next time.

  Booked and paid for a Premier Plus room, they booked us in an ordinary double. Now have to wait for a refund. Even tho breakfast and dinner still available , no soul or atmosphere left in the place. Walls need redecoration from old signs taken down, needs a refurb. Shame some of the old staff now axed, miss the happy service that was given. Not all staff are now properly uniformed. Breakfast items missing from hot selection, no decaff coffee on machine and no black pudding. Will not be our first option to visit anymore.

  Disappointing 😞 Premier Inns just seem to be going downhill at a rapid rate. Loose light fitting with exposed wiring by bed, earbuds on floor from previous user, kettle dirty not clean inside, no desk? (But all the desk sockets) Sticky tables in resturant next door.
