  I had a great experience at Premier Inn Romford. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice. There were small issues like hair noted in the sheets, but otherwise it was a positive stay.

  A quiet, good-sized room that was well-serviced when requested. Very well positioned for access to Romford town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, with a special word for the restaurant staff (especially Sheetal) who are excellent and a great credit to the company.

  Having been down to London on business for 4 nights it was a delight to be greeted by such a helpful member of staff (Victor).. helpful and friendly.. such a joy to meet.. breakfast seemed a struggle though.. waiting to be seated.. waiting to be asked for my order.. food when eventually arrived was great but rushed as I had work to go to. Pleasantly though was the evening staff.. two in particular stood out, to which as a company should be proud to employ as they joy they brought.. the service was impeccable.. Sarah & Lavina.. having seen how rushed they were with service and complaints about the food including my own, they managed to create a fantastic atmosphere whilst maintaining a fantastic service.. friendly.. Happy and a service the company should be proud of. I can genuinely say my stay here was made worthwhile by these three members of staff alone and I have stayed in many hotels around the UK and world and the hospitality and professionalism there portrayed was outstanding. I was greatly disappointed by the quality of food served from the kitchen and what seemed to be a very bland menu. Thank you again Sarah, Lavina and Victor for your friendly and helpful attitude in making me feel welcome and valued. I hope to see you again.. until then.. don't change.. you are the example of standards that should be met throughout the company.

  I was stranded in London due to the atc issues in Heathrow. Staff was extremely friendly throughout. Especially Juliana at reception was extremely helpful to me. She put my room on hold when I wasn't completely sure yet whether I'd be able to fly out on the day and always had a kind word and a smile when I walked past her+ thank you for everything!

  I had a very pleasant experience at Premier Inn Romford. Liveta, at the reception desk, stands out for her professionalism, kindness, and consistently positive attitude. She is attentive, dedicated, and provides excellent service, helping create a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
