  Extremely poor service booked the Stay Dinner and Breakfast package as had the early ferry to be told at check in they couldn't honour the Dinner or Breakfast bit due to ongoing maintenance issues, No advance warning so alternate arrangements could be made and overall a very average experience, Would not use again.

  Great location from ferry, friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Very poor night sleep due to very hot room, no aircon, no proper ventilation, no option to open window properly. The hallways are more cool. It was awful walking back into the room after breakfast, a wall of heat. Would not return due to this reason only

  Ideal for the ferry. Staff were great offering complimentary crossaints etc due to the restaurant being closed. No aircon is hard deal with this summer.

  Disappointed to find out on arrival that the attached brewers fair was closed for 'maintenance issues' the kids were content with neighbouring fast food, but I was looking forward to a nice sit down meal and also the inclusive breakfast. Also a lack of attention to things like filling the soaps in the bathroom made for a disappointing experience.

  The location of this hotel is it's main benefit. The hotel is clearly a bit dated, as you can hear people walking in the hallway quite easily, and everything is just a bit old in and off itself. There is no airconditioning in the rooms, I arrived right at dusk with a room at 27 degrees, there were loads of mosquitos about, so there was no way for me to properly cool down the room, as there is no screen to keep the mosquitos out. Sadly, there were workers in the parking lot at 8.30, so sleeping in for me was not an option as I did sleep with the window open due to the heat. I did not receive previous notice about this, so I could have kept that in mind. The 24hour reception is great though, meaning you can check in and out at all times, which is great if you decide to get the day-time ferries. Time your traveldates well, and its cheaper with a stay at the premier inn. The
