  Clean spacious room and clean bathroom and the most comfiest bed. But what stood out for me was the young lady with glasses who was doing the breakfast service on Monday 12th October she was the most loviest happiest kindest staff member I've ever seen anywhere. She was lovely. Big credit to that place. Tbh all were nice but she was the best haha. And talking of breakfast it was cooked to perfection especially the sausages 😍

  The location is fairly close to the town center. However, the room cleaning missed grime beneath the shower partition. Also, in my room the hand wash seem to be refilled with water. Furthermore, thr reception isn't always staffed and you may have to wait awhile for a staff. That said the room have a big TV that you can stream content from the phone.

  The staff are great and very helpful. Very clean and located CV lose to city centre. Very very good. The duty managers on the evening of my arrival and morning of my departure were exemplary

  Excellent 3 night stay at this premier inn. It's location is great and very quiet. Not a lot of parking for the amount of rooms but we only took the car out to get to the zoo, everything else was within walking distance.

  I will start with the most obvious complaint of the whole stay. Me and my family were there for 2 nights, 1st night was okay, sleep was a bit rough as many have said air conditioning is very loud. We were hoping to have a sleep in but to be woken by a fire alarm when rushing around trying to get the kids out the door the fire alarm had gone off, when we went down we were told that it was a false alarm because someone was taking a shower with the door open. It does come without saying as to why we need to close the door when there should be an extractor in the bathroom but im not a hotel manager so what would I know. After a long day and night at a family wedding we were all exhausted and ready for bed, another disturbing night as at 2am there was yet another fire alarm, after managing to get the kids up and out the door and downstairs to be told again that this was a false alarm, but the same excuse as the last? 2am and someone's having a shower?! Again this is fault of poor ventilation and really needs looking into. I have since complained via email for no return response as of yet but thought I'd voice my opinions. Do hope next time we come that it will not be repeated
