Nice location on the seafront. And some work is being done to improve the place. However it seem that the hotel uses a robot vacuum cleaner because the corners of our room were quite dirty Also there was a spare single bed in the room, but the bedding for it was stuffed under the double bed.

Stayed in clacton on sea and clacton on sea Weeley. Started at Weeley, nice carpark and receptionist, easy to check in and helped with getting an iron. Like having instructions on how to use the fan and heating if needed. Room was nice only down fall was despite being a family room only 2 cups provided and would have liked a bath mat instead of using hand towel. Clacton sea front was next. Nice to have air conditioning however there were no instructions on how to use it this should be provided. Again no bath mat and only 2 cups even though 3 names are on the booking. Check in was bit of a farce with no one near by not as easy or quick as the Weeley check in. Shame guests have to pay for parking, £8 for an over night stay, that was also with the guest reduction. Shame guests have to pay for the parking as the room for alot more expensive than the Weeley one Main bed is very high needed to run and jump to get on them but were comfy

Thank you to the staff at the premier inn at clacton during the airshow. We stayed Wednesday to Saturday and every single day the staff were nothing short of amazing. We have 2 year old son who talks and plays with everyone and they were so careful and kind with him and us. Our son was so lucky as the staff gave him one of their plane balloons that they had up along with a styrofoam plane for him as he is obsessed. Couldn't thank the staff enough for everything each one of them did. Great hospitality and cannot wait to see them all next year. From the Patel/Wright family room 216
