  Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient and perfect for our trip. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  I had a great stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service provided was excellent. Everything was organised smoothly, and the staff were helpful and professional. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of the experience. I would definitely recommend Premier Inn and would happily stay again.

  Accessible room booked, expected the usual wetroom/ shower room but had a shower over the bathtub which isn't very disabled friendly as a single traveller. I also got numerous bites when I was in the room, bedbugs or fleas I think. I paid for ultimate wi-fi but I struggled with watching YouTube or doing general searches on my ipad. Found that one of the wi-fi settings had to be turned off for it to work, but I wasn't aware so lost time when wi-fi kept dropping. Parking charged at £8 per day, yet I couldn't get a disabled spot as all bays occupied yet I didn't see one vehicle displaying a blue badge so I had to park further away causing me pain to walk so far back to the hotel. The service from the staff was good and they were helpful in carrying my bags to and from reception for me. They were also kind enough to take luggage out of my car on arrival and returned them to my car when I left. It's a shame that the notices clearly displayed at each blue badge bay which states a penalty for parking without a blue badge permit were not clamped. If nothing is done, or people just fined, it won't put them off; but I bet they'd stop if signs said they'd be clamped and this was enforced by the company managing the carpark. Just another day in the life of a disabled person with limited mobility, when able-bodied people act selfishly and use services that they know is for other people's benefit but they blatantly use it anyway as they don't think about the consequences for someone else that may rely on said service.

  Stayed here for the weekend, DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER, there is no air con and the rooms are like saunas, we had to get up to go out in the middle of the night because we simply couldn’t sleep, fan doesn’t work and asked staff to replace and they said they can’t, the bedding was stained and no one here is helpful, do not recommend and won’t be returning.

  The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Lakeside Shopping centre is about 12 mins. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because we had a slight mix up when we checked it, I had book a double bed with a single sofa bed, but we got put in a room the single sofa bed wasn’t ready. We found out after we got put in a wrong room. So the housekeeper quickly made the sofa bed. Apart from the mix up it’s quite a nice hotel.
