  Enjoyed a wonderful five days while seeing the London sites. So close to the bus pickup locations. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast available is yummy. We will definitely be back again in the future.

  I stay regularly for work, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Preet deserves a special shout out, he is so welcoming and accommodating. Also happy to help, a true asset to the team.

  I love a Premier Inn, you always know what you are getting. But my stay here has been the best by far! The staff are all lovely, the room was bright and comfy and the breakfast experience was so relaxed. The continental choice was fresh and nicely presented and the hot food was cooked to order perfectly by Daniela. We were served by Farouk, who was very attentive. Nothing was too much for these people. I was particularly impressed by Nihal on reception. Not only did he welcome us with a smile, but he welcomed fellow members of staff by name.
