  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn Buckhurst Hill. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to mention Nihal, the manager, who was excellent. He was professional, approachable and genuinely made an effort to make sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were well looked after. His friendly attitude and attention to customer service really stood out. Thank you to Nihal and the whole team for making my stay enjoyable. I would happily stay at Premier Inn Buckhurst Hill again and would definitely recommend it to others!

  The staff was incredibly friendly, when we arrived, there was a good fan in our room, and the bed was very comfortable. Would 100% recommend

  Staff were all really great, friendly and professional. The light behind the bed didn't work (kept flickering out), the pillows quite hard too. Everything else great.

  Me and my daughter stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect, the chap on front desk was great! We had breakfast in the morning also great! No complaints 👌 Would definitely stay here again!

  Booked for an overnight stay on a very hot day. Farouk offered us a bottle of water as soon as we arrived before check in which was lovely. Room had a fan blasting away as soon as we entered so the room was very cool. Such a great greeting!. Room was comfy and the breakfast was lovely. Farouk made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% book here again when visiting London. Thank you
