- ETEllie ThackerJun 13, 20265.0I stay here quite often since moving out the area and the staff here are soo welcoming and make me feel safe just knowing they’re friendly faces are around if I need them, which I often do with silly questions that they are happy to answer! A receptionist called Taylor was an absolute angel and really topped my whole trip off with a lovely ending even though I was a div! I’m looking forward to coming back! Thank you to everyone there :)

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff managed a big group dinner and early breakfast for us all with ease. Very much appreciated, and enjoyed being here again. I will be back again in the future!
- AFAlan FryMay 21, 20265.0We take part in a running event each year which sees us running around the Green Belt of London over the weekend - as we are from Sussex we need somewhere to eat and sleep on the Saturday night. All of the staff were polite, friendly and organised - we weren't the only team staying but check-in was smooth and very well organised. Karen and her team had the meals sorted and although we were 35 people in total no one had to wait for their orders. The entire team throughout our stay went above and beyond for us - even coming in early to give us an early breakfast before our departure. Well done to everyone at Premier Inn Brentwood - Karen said she was very proud of her team - who she led magnificently.

The service is exceptional, the rooms are clean and well laid out. We will be using this hotel again. Highly recommended. A special mention for Gary, Courtney and Roz!
