  Brentwood Holiday Inn, such a lovely hotel. I was there for one whole week and here is what I observed. The staffs are so nice and well organised. Most especially Katia. Every evening, while having my dinner, I do watch how the each staff member serve quests at the hotel. The attention to the needs of everyone. Katia caught my attention due her confidence, smiling face and always there to help. Thank you Katia.

  Thomas, who works in the restaurant and lobby area at the Holiday Inn Brentwood, offers an exceptional service. He is always welcoming, remembers my usual order, and is so friendly and helpful. I regularly use the lobby area for meetings and as a place for working between appointments, and he’s always ready to help. He’s clearly a very dedicated employee, and I would highly recommend him and the lobby area at the Holiday Inn Brentwood.

  This is such a great hotel. We paid £150 a night for a premium room with a super king bed including breakfast, staying for 2 nights. We had a lovely room, good sized with a big sitting area. The buffet breakfast was great. We also really enjoyed the use of the pool especially the jacuzzi (lovely and hot), sauna and steam rooms. The other really noticeable thing was how lovely the staff are. We had an issue with our air conditioning which was sorted out within 5 minutes of asking at the front desk. Similarly when I asked if they had a soft pillow someone was knocking on the door of our room within minutes with a lovely soft pillow. We will definitely stay again.

  Me and my partner stayed for the first time for a week as was travelling for work, so we thought it would be nice to bring our little girl. We were impressed by the warm welcome we received. The room was clean and comfortable and had air-con which was a life saver in the heat we had. The food we found was a little pricey, but in keeping with the area. And to be fair the food was cooked to perfection. We couldn’t fault it. So for us it was well worth it. The location was fine for work as it was right ontop of the m25. The pool was very nice and clean and our little girl loved it. The staff even went as far as to supply a swimming nappy for our little one as we could find one in the local shops. The staff were more then happy to help with anything, the cleaning staff were helpful in regards to a cot for our little one, and even the staff behind the bar helped in supplying her warm milk for bedtimes. Will definitely return. And an extra thanks to Jordon and Alice who were both on reception and helped to make our staff that little more easy.

  I live around 12 miles away and have come here many, many times for little short breaks. Driving wise it's very easy to reach with plenty of parking available even when the hotel is fully booked. The spa is small but has everything you need. It's a communal changing room so you can change in the showers for privacy. Bring a £1 coin for the locker. Apples and water as you walk in! There is a small gym which is well equipped with weights, cardio and Peloton if that's your thing! There is a small sauna in the changing room which is almost always empty so I've always had privacy. The hot tub is genuinely very hot, with lovely views out of the floor to ceiling windows. Very relaxing scented steam room. I'm usually always able to swim laps in the pool. I got to know the previous manager Adam and his wife Cheryl who gave me swim coaching here. The hotel guests would ask if I was training for an event, which definitely gave me a boost! There is something very unique about this hotel: the people. I've never once visited and not got chatting to someone. There was even a time I was literally having a sing song with 3 people in the jacuzzi!! I even met a GP in the sauna once who has sent me letters about my patients before. Considering I live in London it shows how far people are willing to come to enjoy this place. In fact, Adam and Cheryl were so nice and the facilities so good I took out a membership for the spa which I had for over a year, coming on the M11 and M25 to enjoy it all. I've had many a good massage here! Each time it's always "the best one I've ever had!" I've been living on room service for the last two days and *chef's kiss*. I always make sure I book the breakfast because that's another thing about this hotel: it has THE best sausages I've ever eaten. It's actually known for it. Shout out to Chef Jee who cooked everything to absolute perfection during my stay. I had a quiet room on the 2nd floor overlooking the car park. Black out blinds, very comfy beds (and I'm a fussy sleeper). The TVs have Chromecast so you can stream straight from your phone, as well as Netflix and YouTube. After a morning swim and spa I did a Yogalates workout on the bedroom floor and went straight to breakfast. Even if you come down late you can still get something to eat. There is a nice area to chill out in the lobby with TV screens, a well stocked bar and you can buy sandwiches or order from the menu. The rooms have complimentary bottles of water, biscuits as well as tea and coffee. I've brought friends here and it is a little gem I almost don't want anyone else to know about, that's how much I love it! Just think about it - what is the competition if you're a Londoner?? Hotels with these facilities are few. And if you find one - expect to pay double the price per night!! To me this hotel is a bargain and in all the years I've been coming the price hasn't really seemed to increase by anything noticeable. Top marks! Looking to book again!
