  Hand wash cap/pump missing, unable to use to wash hands, reception was informed, although the friendly female member of staff apologised nothing was done about it :-/ also there is no AC in the rooms, absolutely boiling like a sauna as soon as you get to the first floor, fan provided in the room did not cool room down and is VERY loud, requested for an alternative room and was told there was none available, almost 2am and cannot sleep due to the disgusting room temperature :( Have always had pleasant experiences when staying at other premier inn hotels, this has been the worst experience!!! Room temperature needs to be reviewed ASAP as sleeping with a very loud fan is just ridiculous!

  I cannot thank the lady who is from Ukraine enough. So sorry but didn't get her name. What a lady she is!!! The chef, the receptionist, the problem solver. She's an asset to your business and went over and above during our stay. So polite and friendly and when I complimented her, I felt like she didn't realize how much she actually does! There was also an older lady on shift with brown hair who was very understanding and helpful with my autistic son. I am disabled and had a disability room which was immaculate!! I would 💯 stay here again

  Relatively recently modernised, rhe rooms have NO air conditioning, its 31° inside and out, the cheapest fan I've ever seen with the latest blades I've ever seen. If you are staying here and its going to be hot bring your own fan

  Absolutely wonderful experience here! Staff was so kind and understanding of all questions we had. Breakfast was lovely with such nice staff taking our orders and being so polite! Rooms were good as well, but the highlight was definitely the kindness of the staff! Thank you!!!

  I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
