  We stayed here for 5 nights with a group of volunteers recently and had a brilliant time! Lots of places to eat and drink close by and the breakfasts were fabulous. The lovely Tracy and Yulia were outstanding!

  Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choices for breakfast. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Noise level is good too.

  An absolute credit to Premier Inn! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to take the time to leave a special review for Tracey, a member of staff at the Premier Inn Braintree Flowers Farm, because I genuinely feel she deserves to be recognised for the wonderful service she provided. I brought my 6-year-old daughter in for breakfast, and we were greeted by a lovely and welcoming receptionist before being shown to our table. We were then greeted by Tracey, and from that moment, she couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and attentive. What really touched me was the way Tracey went above and beyond for my daughter. She took the time to interact with her, noticed how much she loved Paw Patrol and offered her a Paw Patrol plate and a colouring book. It was such a simple gesture, but to my daughter it was absolutely brilliant — and as a parent, seeing someone make that effort really means a lot. Tracey was clearly rushed off her feet, but despite being so busy, she still made sure everyone was looked after and somehow found the time to give that extra bit of personal attention. That's what makes great customer service stand out. It's not just about serving breakfast; it's about making people feel welcome, valued and looked after. Tracey, thank you for making our morning that little bit more special. You were absolutely lovely, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. To the management at Premier Inn — you genuinely have a fantastic member of staff in Tracey. She is a true credit to your team and deserves recognition for the effort she puts into making guests feel welcome. Thank you once again, Tracey, for a lovely breakfast and an even lovelier experience. 😋❤️ 10/10 — outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

  I stayed here for two nights in September while attending a friend's wedding at the nearby Leez Priory, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. From the moment I checked in, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Charlotte (Charley), who was very approachable, friendly and extremely easy to get along with. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The only thing I felt was missing was a safe. Breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. I particularly appreciated that it was freshly prepared rather than being a buffet, which made it feel that much better. If I'm ever in Braintree again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here. A big thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay - Ireally enjoyed my time here
