  Lovely hotel. No parking problems,lots of space. Great staff working with a smile. Had a shower not a bath which is easier and quicker. Bed was great veey comfortable only problem it is tall and being 5'1" slight climb to get into bed 😀 Breakfast was easy and cooked for each person - loved the scrambled egg. Everything was fresh and great tasting. Definitely be going back again.

  We had had a dreadful day, having left home in Hampshire at 11am-ish. Due to breaking down and at 4pm been quoted a recovery time of 1930 to 2130. In 36º heat in a convertible. Not happening. Paid for private recovery to the PI. We got here at about 6pm and Kerry in reception was so welcoming and friendly She offered to refund our early check-in, which we hadn't used. She was lovely and made a really good end to an otherwise awful day. Had supper in the Fowlers Farm pub next door and finally a good night's sleep in our Premier Plus room. It was lovely and clean. The bathroom was a little small but doable. I'm in a wheelchair. It had all obviously been refurbished. All the staff were absolutely lovely and I think the location is the best in the area. Had a long chat with Charlotte in the morning who was lovely and friendly. Having had a dreadful journey getting here, we met some really good people. Thanks all

  Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Stayed for work and the location was ideal.

  Paid just under £120 to stay here for one night and was still expected to pay extra for breakfast. Shower was a trickle at best. Air con in the room didn't work. You don't expect much from a Premier Inn but I would never use this one again
