- IBIan BlakeSep 20, 20262.0Room was a bit mucky, the en suite wasn't great. All just a bit tired. The extractor fan went on randomly in the middle of the night. No-one there when we left. Complained the next day to customer care. They were VERY unhelpful.
- OKOth of Kane (Oth of Kane)Sep 18, 20265.0The room was nice but crazy hot. But what made the stay exceptional. Was the night staff. Courtney and Carlie went above and beyond to make sure our stay here made it like a home from home! Definitely recommend staying here.
- ATA TSep 13, 20264.0Rooms need updating and a deep clean.First room we were given smelt of smoke, reception were quick to give us a new room Breakfast is served next door, a bit sad and sorry.
- KOKrzysztof OSep 11, 20265.0I highly recommend this Premier Inn, largely thanks to the exceptional service at the front desk. The receptionist, Olivier, was absolutely lovely, polite, and immensely helpful when I needed it most. Nothing was too much trouble for him. It is rare to find such genuine care and excellent customer service nowadays. Thank you so much, Olivier!
- AHAlana HarrisonSep 5, 20262.0Rooms were clean but the overall place is very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment, the room was hot and I couldn't open the windows due to road noise. No chef for breakfast so had to make do with continental, pastries which didn't seem very fresh, evening meal was mediocre. Staff were very friendly and helpful though and I believe it is planned for a refurb next week so perhaps poor timing, not made aware on booking of the planned refurb as I may have booked elsewhere.
