- BMBen Michel1 day ago2.0Although I have to commend the choice of location and the efforts of the staff for trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible, I cannot in good faith leave any more than two stars simply because the rooms at this hotel were absolutely unbearable in the recent heatwave. On the first night the temperature did not drop below 30c, and on the second night it did not drop below 32c. This is far too hot for a comfortable sleep, and my two year old child ended up in A&E with heat exhaustion. After speaking to the staff, the issue of air conditioning is apparently a recurring conversation that Premier Inn management refuses to pay for. Seeing as these temperatures are becoming more common, in my mind this is a failure to care for guests and outright disdain for the health of customers. Avoid this hotel in hot weather as you will not be getting any worthwhile sleep.

The Heater made a large clunk sound every time it came on, took a while to get used to. Externally it was tired and unkempt. Unfortunately I failed to notice the Parking Charge when I booked. £6.50!!
