- RHRichard Hopkins5 days ago3.0Breakfast was terrible, beans dry, mushrooms dry, bacon over cooked and hard so would avoid if possible. Arrived on the Friday night and the hallway was filthy and not hoovered for a long time. We went out for the day and asked for the room to be refreshed with clean towels and bedding but this was not done so unfortunately I can’t recommend this place at all and the only good thing was the bed was comfortable

The linked Beefeater next door was shutting down the next week, so was pretty awful so we avoided that for breakfast.

My company had failed to properly confirm my booking, leaving me in a difficult situation after a long and tiring day. Jodie immediately recognised that I was exhausted and went above and beyond to help sort out my room and make what could have been a very stressful situation as smooth and straightforward as possible. The level of professionalism, kindness and genuine care Jodie showed was honestly the best customer service I have received from an employee in a very long time. She didn’t just do her job — she took the time to understand the situation and did everything she could to put things right. Jodie deserves all the credit and recognition for what she did for me tonight. Employees like her are a real credit to Premier Inn. Thank you, Jodie. I genuinely really appreciate everything you did for me tonight. Exceptional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
