  This was our second family trip here. We recently stayed here for the final two nights of our family moon after travelling from another location, and it was such a lovely way to finish our trip. We requested a sea view room and were delighted when we were given one. The room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, with plenty of choice and everything kept fresh and topped up. A special mention has to go to the breakfast team, who worked incredibly hard throughout the morning, constantly checking what was needed and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Samuel on reception was also absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and really helpful. As we’d recently got married, we were so touched to arrive and find a congratulations card, chocolates and prosecco waiting for us. Such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Overall, we had a really lovely and relaxing two-night stay and couldn’t have asked for a nicer way to finish our family moon. We’d definitely stay again!

  Nice comfortable family room. Slight mishap at check in, but all sorted. FYI, if booking a family room and you have more than two children, ask for a cot. Good night's sleep, parking is reasonable for 24hrs (£5.50).

  Great location good comfortable rooms .Only one downside was one female member of staff in restaurant/bar area who obviously found it difficult to be motivated in her work

  starting off the hotel is good,near the sea (walking distance) and a few minutes to shops. room is decent. food in the evening was slow and just barely hot. and went for food in the morning for breakfast, and oh my god. barely any food,cutlery,plates literally anything. and the staff is bad. the general manager in specific is a liar. argued with my mother over how there was barely anything even tho all my mum said was can you put some more plates please and the general manager was shouting and even said to my mum “don’t you pull that face” and then proceeded to lie and say she never said that. but aside from that staff member the rest were nice.

  Very disappointing king bed room . Room 420 Advertised as sea view - it was a side view 25% and 75% opposite scruffy terraced houses Awful smell and windows sealed shut so no chance of fresh air Shower was rubbish, no water pressure. Will rethink my attitude to Premier Inn as I’ve always found them as more than satisfactory. This was well below standards.
