I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express Poole by IHG. The hotel is located relatively close to the bus station, making it very convenient for me to get to without a car. My room was cheerful and comfortable—I slept well—and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff was wonderful. In particular, I’d like to mention Aiswarya and her colleagues at reception. They were so kind and accommodating. I would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn Express again the next time I’m in Poole.

Our stay at this chain of hotels exceeds the other groups we've stayed at.
