  We were expecting budget service for the budget price but the staff were lovely, the room fresh and clean and the food excellent value for money. A lovely surprise and excellent value for money.

  I booked late night through Agoda as we had to make a stop with my family as they were too tired to continue the journey home from a trip. However, although Agoda allocated a room, the hotel system didn't have any rooms available. However, Mr. Rahul who was the night manager today went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my family got a nice, clean room to stay for the night. Thank you very much for your kindness, consideration and efforts to make our stay a very positive one!

  It is an ok budget hotel, although a few things like no fan in the toilet, breakfast eggs not tasting of eggs made me think it was a bit overpriced and next time I’ll be going to a different hotel. However, the reception staff are very friendly, they were very helpful with my partner’s medical needs and we are grateful. At breakfast we were amazed by a waiter called Vincent who went above and beyond to assist everyone - he could easily be a maitre d in a top tier hotel.

  Excellent Hotel, quiet, safe, big rooms, Aircon in room great for heatwave! - Good bathroom. Let down by breakfast. It gave us both the runs. I think it was the scrambled egg, they added milk to it and it may have been gone off? Breakfast choice though was good, but go early as later things run out! Location not bad, but a tricky walk to town (go via the dolphin centre and ask reception for the directions. Bar / Restaurant is hopeless, too many kids running around, not cosy. Drinks not bad though and menu choice pretty good, but we didn't try it. Our room was away from the railway line and our window closed, so didn't hear anything. We were here 3 nights. No noise from other rooms, or corridor, well managed hotel, kept calling us in the room when we arrived to check we were happy. Very Happy! - Would return, but might avoid the scrambled egg!
