Genuinely the worst stay I’ve ever had waited about 30 minutes kept ringing the bell so was someone at the car park and the person behind me but nothing the woman came much later with the worst attitude, the room itself kept on having a ringing noise assuming from the ventilation and in the morning the door was knocked about 3 times when check out is at 12

Clean and comfortable, but far from beach
The room was spotless, comfortable and met Premier Inn’s usual high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
However, the hotel seemed seriously understaffed, with the same employees managing reception and the restaurant. They worked extremely hard and remained friendly throughout, but Premier Inn should provide more staff.
The main drawback was the location. Bournemouth Pier is around a 15–20-minute walk away, and the surrounding area is quiet with limited dining options, although there is a Tesco nearby.
Overall, it was a very good stay, but I would prefer the more centrally located Premier Inn Bournemouth Central for easier access to the beach and attractions.

Very good spot if you need some place to rest in Bournemouth everything was excellent and automated but the small problem there I think there must have been some alone exercise test that were going on in the first floor and it woke us up which was very bothering because the alarm was going off for like two minutes but it was still alright.

Big Premier Inn. Handy llocation for town centre. Typical nice well appointed rooms ensuite. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant/professional. Good breakfast fare additional but well priced. Underground additional pay car park - plenty of spaces but not clear as to how to access from inside hotel.
