  Disappointed with this premier inn. The staff were rude to me and my young daughter, ignoring her simple hello. Rooms are so dated and not clean enough. Only stayed for the location as close to family but next time i will take the hit and stay further out for somewhere nicer. Not at all worth the £400 i spent for 4 nights. Would not return.

  Paid twice as much to stay here than the previous week in Pontefract, not worth the extra money. I assume its the closeness to Edinburgh not the quality. Breakfast next door was poor and I wouldn't book it again. Corridor was noisy, not the guaranteed good night's sleep thats promised. Hotel staff were pleasant again though. Easy to find.

  Leider ist das Hotel ein schlechteres in der Premire Inn Reihe. Ein gewisser Standard ist erkennbar, allerdings ist das Hotel extrem renovierungsbedürftig, angefangen bei der Grundreinigung es miefenden Teppichs durch den das Zimmer immer muffig gerochen hat, egal wie lange es gelüftet wurde. Der Check In und Check Out war unkompliziert, wobei die Mitarbeiter eher unmotiviert wirkten. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad solide. Die Sauberkeit ist insgesamt ausbaufähig. Das angrenzende Restaurant in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird, hat ebenfalls eine Grundreinigung nötig. Das Frühstück war solide, man ist satt geworden. Nichtsdestotrotz vermittelt das Restaurant ein "ranziges" Diner-Flair. Das Abendessen dort ist gut, der Inhaber ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, da es ruhig ist und man trotzdem recht schnell im Zentrum ist. Wir würden hier allerdings nicht nochmal übernachten.
