  My 10 year old daughter loved this. I liked it. The enthusiasm of the actors was great. It was definitely on the hokey end of things, but if you like that over-the-top thing, you'll enjoy it.

  Great acting and brilliant theatrical touches....would've loved a real dungeon...very informative of real events that took place in Edinburgh back in the day and got the audience involved with a good touch of humour.

  Very fun and funny, totally immersive. The sets are amazing. The actors were really great, and they interacted with the participants in a fun way. Minus one star because the drop ride was closed, but we still had to pay full price for the ticket (23 GBP).

  Disappointed, Couldn't really focus on the performances due to someone in the group who was absolutely hammered (and stank of alcohol) making it all about themselves, This was off-putting and ruined the experience for me. Although there are some unique scenes, some are similar to the other dungeons and could really do with being more unique, some of the SFX were not working at one point, kind of ruined that scene The actors are brilliant, however focusing on the same member of each group throughout is unfair on people who have paid the same. Overall a disappointing experience. And Probably won't Return.

  Unprofessional, immature staff and Management . I never complain only I feel very strongly with how I was spoken to by management and staff. Members of staff seemed to be unprepared and quite frankly not sufficiently trained for a medical emergency for which our group knew nothing about . Staff reacted in an emotional & very unprofessional manner towards a group of tourists. We are all human & I understand in a stressful situation we might lose our head a bit however to be scolded further was completely unprofessional. We most certainly did not obstruct anyone receiving help, we did not know of a medical emergency, we were also left standing in a darkened room not knowing if this was part of the act or really what was happening. Thank you for acknowledging in your email your staff could have handled it differently as there are many professional ways in which this could have be dealt with and had a better outcome. We apologized at the time if we had known there was a medical emergency we would not have pretended to be dead , we were really getting into the spirit of the tour not knowing what was happening next door . But frankly I think we should get an apology from the staff for how they spoke to us , it really was out of line. I’m glad that at the end of the day everyone was ok Great acting maybe more training in medical emergency and customer service would be of help to management and staff.
