  Die Zimmer sind klein und nicht unbedingt sauber. Preislich aufgrund der Lage relativ hoch. Man kann mir seit 5 Wochen keine ordentliche Rechnung ausstellen. Das Hotel vor Ort war auch nicht in der Lage mir direkt bei der Bezahlung eine Rechnung auszustellen. Das habe ich auch noch nie erlebt. Da ich über Booking.com gebucht haben, schieben sich Premier Inn und Booking.com seit 5 Wochen gegenseitig den Ball zu und als Kunde kann ich da überhaupt nichts machen außer zuschauen und staunen. Ergebnis: Nie wieder Premier Inn und nie wieder Booking.com!

  The location is great. But the staff woman who served me today (blonde woman with a tail) was quite aggressive and sooooo irritated that she had to check me in early. Throwing card on the reading machine with such an unnecessary force. Very unpleasant experience and her greeting was literally ‘you don’t need to press the button twice, I heard you the first time!’ like I’m a toddler, not a client. She shouldn’t be working with clients if she’s that much irritated by anything people do. And also, no explanation on how to get to the room, about breakfast or anything. Just the bare minimum of giving the card.

  La ubicación es excelente, el personal atento pero la habitación es pequeña... y el baño y la ducha... etc. La mampara del baño tenia que pasarla de lado. Todo mini en la habitación ... y en el desayuno, también mini. De precio normal, eso no era mini. Pero bueno, para dormir un día hace el apaño.

  Positiv zu bewerten ist der Standort: in der Fußgängerzone wenige Gehminuten von Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Sehr zentral! Personal sehr freundlich. Leider ließ das,Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Es war oberflächlich geputzt, Ecken und Glasflächen schmutzig, Fugen in der Dusche schimmelig, Klimaanlage ging nur ab und zu, Fenster nicht zu öffnen, viel zu wenig Stauraum. Frühstück sehr überschaubar.....

  High-tech self-check-in/out. Staff work both the pub and the check in counter, so don’t expect anyone to be there unless you buzz. The location of the hotel is excellent for tourists, very close to lots of attractions, pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and well designed. Some of the finishes are a bit sad (particularly the carpet is quite stained and some walls could use some new paint) but the linens are clean and the bed is comfortable. The shower was lovely with both a hand held and rain shower, however the door to get in and out was only about 40cm wide. The climate controls did not work, and though there was an AC unit in the room, it was inoperable. The room I stayed in had a nice view of Rose St, but the windows are inoperable. Would not want to stay here during a heat wave. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and the front desk offers free luggage storage if needed. The few staff I interacted with were lovely and helpful.
