We were on the top floor with an incredible view of the city and busy Princes street below and it was still very quiet in our room. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is a must, with the dining area overlooking the city. And delicious coffee! We will stay here again on our next trip.
