  Für 300 Euro pro Nacht bekamen wir ein dunkles, schmuddeliges und abgewohntes Zimmer. Flecken an den Wänden, Schimmel an der Decke im Bad welcher durchaus gesundheitsschädlich ist, kaputte Fliesen im Bad und sehr wenig Tageslicht. Eine lieblose Einrichtung und Kabel die herumhingen. Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wohl. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Geben sie ihr Geld lieber woanders aus.

  Fürchterlich schäbiges Hotel mit schmutzigen, dunklen und abgewohnten Zimmern. Schlecht zu lüften und zu beheizen. Schimmel im Bad. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Nettes Frühstück und nettes Personal, aber definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

  We stayed at the hotel a few days ago. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but this time I decided to because there were some things we really liked and others that could definitely be improved. * The hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel like one. There was no ramp or accessible entrance for people with disabilities or baby strollers, and there was no lunch or dinner service available. The only food options were two types of pizza and a ham and cheese platter. * We requested a baby cot, but it didn’t come with a mattress. Instead, there was a very hard wooden board, which was not suitable for an 18-month-old baby to sleep on. * Our 18-month-old son kept trying to “escape” through the door onto the street, so for safety reasons, I asked if they could please keep the door closed. Unfortunately, they told me they could not, even though there was no one using or passing through that area at the time. * On the positive side, the breakfast was spectacular. * The girls on the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. * There was no elevator, either for accessing the different floors or for bringing up/down a baby stroller, which was quite inconvenient when traveling with a young child. Overall, there were some very positive aspects, especially the breakfast and the wonderful staff, but there are also several things that I believe should be improved, particularly in terms of accessibility and safety for families with young children.
