  We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Edinburgh! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly and was completely hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent! The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, yet the bus stop is only a 1–2 minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get into the city centre. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again!

  Decent hotel, right next to the airport with a shuttle bus every 10 minutes that takes your directly into the airport, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was tasty with lots of variety.

  Hotel is fine, ie, room, free breakfast, dinner. Problem was with reception. Asked about shuttle to airport and was told that we just come back to reception five minutes before we needed the shuttle. Cool. We return before we needed the shuttle and we’re asked if we had tickets. It was no problem buying tickets but what a shame they didn’t tell us earlier. The biggest issue, which I’m blaming on the hotel, is that the shuttle bus was like a cattle car such that my wife & I, plus our luggage, could barely fit. Plus the bus had several more stops to make before it reached the airport terminal. The hotel personnel should know that. We’d have taken an Uber instead.

  Of a 15-Day stay in Great Britain, the staff at this hotel were the only people we encountered in the hospitality industry that were rude, incompetent and inhospitable. If they weren’t conveniently located to the airport, there would be nothing positive to say about this hotel. Not our usual experience as years long IHG members.

  Das Hotel war leicht zu finden. Der Checkin war total einfach die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut informiert. Wir waren im ersten Stock in einem Zimmer, dem Flughafen abgewandt. Es war dafür, dass wir direkt am Flughafen gewohnt haben extrem leise. Abendessen Frühstück war in Ordnung, das einzig negative war. Es hat fürchterlich im Badezimmer gestunken, so dass wir diese Tür immer zu hatten. Sobald wir diese geöffnet haben hat das ganze Zimmer gestunken, das war das einzige Manko. Es gibt einen eigenen Shuttleservice vom Hotel zum Flughafen und von dort retour. Dieser fährt alle 10 Minuten kostet drei Pfund und ist sehr gut..
