  I booked a two nights at Holiday Inn Edinburgh by IHG because I expected a good four-star hotel from a well-known and trusted international brand. Unfortunately, my experience started on a very disappointing note. After arriving in Edinburgh in the morning following a long journey, I was expecting a warm welcome and some basic assistance with my luggage. Instead, the staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. To make matters worse, I was left to take my bags to my room myself, with no porter or assistance provided. When I asked about this, I was told that the hotel was experiencing a shortage of staff. While I can understand that staffing issues can happen, I don’t believe guests should be expected to bear the consequences of those internal problems, especially at a hotel of this standard and price level. The first impression is extremely important, particularly after a long journey, and unfortunately the service I received did not match what I expected from a four-star Holiday Inn by IHG. They have ruined my vacation.

  The room was okay but the cleaning service was awful, a cleaning cloth was forgoten in the bathroom sink near the toothbrushes. The beds werent made past the first day even thought a complaint was made to the reception. There was no toilet paper refils and there was hair in the tub. The hotel wasnt well situated but the breakfast was generous. I dont recomend

  Delusa. Ho soggiornato tre notti in questo hotel, ma non rispecchia minimamente un 4 stelle, semmai un tre scarso. Camere molto datate, pieno di polvere, bagno minuscolo tanto da non riuscire quasi a muoversi, mancano i servizi essenziali come cuffia doccia e altri accessori. La moquette credo non sia mai stata aspirata data la sporcizia. Inoltre avevamo il lavandino del bagno completamente intasato, lavarsi i denti era un'impresa difficile. Abbiamo segnalato il problema in reception ma non hanno minimamente risolto durante il nostro soggiorno. Sconsiglio

  We booked a family room and premium room. The freebies in the premium room like the biscuits and hot chocolate were tempting the rooms were clean, fresh towel, neat toilets, free parking. The buffet was hot and fresh food. My two day stay was the best. The view from the room was also good. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. They have airconditioner in the room. They give you access to the gym and pool if you ask.

  الفندق بايخ مافيه اي خدمات والغرف تسد النفس حتى ثلاجة مافي ولا كبت تحط فيه اغراضك وتسكر عليه(كبتهم مفتوح) اطفالي ماحبو حتى يتسبحو فيه اذا وصلت بدري ولو ربع ساعة ما راح تدخل الغرفة حتى لو كانت جاهزة راح يقول لك مش جاهزه ما في أحد يساعدك في الشنط من تنزيلها من السيارة فاذا انت عيلة وعندك كذا شنطة راح تتعب خاصة اذا ماحصلة عربة المطار تبعهم طلبنا شباشب الى الحمام وطلع ما عدهم الحسنة الوحيدة انه لزق في حديقة الحيوان تبعهم
