  香港人見到呢個評論嘅話，千祈唔好book呢間酒店，入邊係完全冇冷氣，個冷氣開到21度，但係佢唔會有任何冷風出，衰過一個普通風。 然後間房入邊仲衰過香港啲時鐘酒店，冇熱水煲，冇茶包，冇咖啡，連枱都冇，細到開兩個篋都做唔到。電視機冇任何串流平台，沖涼嘅水壓低，唯一好處就係有六七條毛巾，應該係俾你用嚟抹汗。 喺間房入邊同喺荔枝角羈留所差唔多。過去搵前台睇吓解唔解決到冷氣問題，佢會同你講部冷氣係運作緊，就算換咗房之後部冷氣都係冇冷風出，佢淨係會敷衍你話控制室幫你教咗，等半個鐘，半個鐘有半個鐘，半個鐘有半個鐘，最後間房係越嚟越熱。 隨評論附上，我最後喺間房冷氣嘅溫度（我係較左21度）。實際溫度應該有27至28度。但係成間房一隻窗連把抽氣扇都冇，只有一部冇風出嘅冷氣。

  The “cosy” double room size is equivalent to a Japanese pod with no window insulation against noise. It is right next to the train, tram and bus stations which work all night, so no let up on the dinging of the tram or hustle and bustle of a main road. The double bed is 135cm wide and does not fit two (thin) people comfortably. The pillows are terribly uncomfortable too. There is barely 40cm to “walk” around the bed. A 10 kilo suitcase could fit in the room and be stored under the bed but anything bigger wouldn’t fit in the room. The bathroom is tiny, you have to sit sideways on the toilet as not to touch the curved wall. The shower has a tiny fixed head but floods the bathroom when you get in! There is no wardrobe so of course you can’t unpack. There is no space for tea or coffee thus the complimentary coffee on reception. As a member of the chain IHG I expected a minimal standard and size. One cannot call this a double room even if you describe it as “cosy”. Frankly it should be illegal if not specified as an individual pod. The staff were very friendly but they are working with their hands tied behind their backs. Breakfast was convenient in the pub next door with direct access from the hotel but don’t expect hotel standard breakfast, it’s a pub with sticky tables and no waiters. I do not recommend even for one night as you won’t sleep or rest.

  Very convenient location Good English Breakfast Cozy Double Rooms are a bit small and difficult to move around in the room. No work desk so people who would wish to catch-up with some office work will find it difficult. Hotel can provide a hot water Kettle will help guests very much.

  Very good location, rooms are nice and clean but small, in the morning the elevators are very busy and the cleaning staff use it more than the customers, tv not working, one room had the YouTube only working, the other had no YouTube access and none of the TV stations worked.

  Firstly it’s ridiculously expensive for the amenties that are non existent in the room , no water, kettle in the rooms, no charging Ports ,not even a side table to keep your things,had informed them about the check in time but never gave us the room,beds are super tiny for 2 people, had also informed the check in staff to not enter the room when we were out as we had some valuables kept out but they didn’t care and still did not pass on the message to the housekeeping to not do up the room ,check in staff is rude, they gave us an accessible room with wires and seats in the bathroom etc ,i would suggest pay just a little extra and stay near the royal mile :) Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy but that’s about it ,totally avoid this hotel if you want a good experience with your stay in Edinburgh because it’s a lower budget no frills hotel at a ridiculously high price.
