  Now im not usually picky but i paid for a family room travelled 200 miles arrived an hour early and was charged 15 pounds for early check in but was put in a smaller 2 people room? Surely if you payed for a bigger room there isnt much diffrence and 15 quid for an hour early?? Was to tired to argue but your a disgrace. Also no sleep deliveries with reverse beepers going off from 6am and crates banging and crashing outside our window so much for premier inns great nights sleep was shattered. Wont be back.

  Premier plus room Well worth the money Easy to book Easy to amend Very friendly helpful staff throughout. Room was ideal for a stop over Breakfast was very good value Minor problem with a odour in the room , which was sorted almost immediately by moving. Excellent quality bedding Shower was powerful enough Towels were thick and fluffy Coffee machine with pods Fridge with two bottles of water Loads of sockets Good mirrors Seating area Iron and ironing board Hairdrier Very quiet even though you're next to the A19 Don't be put off by the passage way carpets 🙃 Would definitely stay again. 4 and a half stars

  Amazing for the price and all very transparent. Whatever they’ve advertised with no lifts, all good and better than what I had expected. Best were staff both restaurants waiter and receptionist. I am on a special diet so soon I took responsibility for heating it up in their microwave they let me. If they didn’t allow this I wouldn’t have been able to eat. I highly appreciated and recommend. Best customer service :)
