  Room sitting at 24 degrees, terrible nights sleep. Towels and linen with stains on. Staff indifferent and not the usual warmth/friendliness. "Beefeater" with 3 bar staff struggling to cope with 20 people and excessive delays, staff seem very inexperienced.

  Great location for the site I have been servicing for the last 3 years, 6 minutes travel is great. Currently on a restricted menu for the evening, but some really innovative and delicious combinations of traditional dishes and something a bit different. Breakfast is buffet as expected and highlighted by great lady Bev. Bright, bubbly and friendly, the perfect combination for an early morning start.

  Lovely clean hotel Lots of parking space Friendly staff Great breakfast Fabulous location to get to the whitewater rapids, Teesside park, Thornaby, Stockton or Middlesbrough. There was around a half hour walk into Thornaby from the hotel.

  I’m a regular business customer at Premier Inn Stockton-on-Tees and recently turned up after a last-minute booking problem with the call centre, who had a room available but couldn’t process my payment in time. Dave was exceptional. He spent around 20 minutes sorting the whole thing out, found me a room at a really good price and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably have expected — all with a smile. Friendly, professional and completely focused on finding a solution. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. I was genuinely impressed, and Dave is an absolute asset to Premier Inn. He deserves recognition.

  Great premier inn in Stockton very helpful and friendly, lovely rooms spacious and clean and tidy, room lovely and warm, and had a cracking view of white water. Ideally placed for visiting Teeside park.
