  Biggest family room we've had in a Premier Inn although a little dark. Great location next to the barrage & nice walks along the river.

  The reason I have given a 3* for room 28 was because it was located next to the laundry room above & next to me. Late at night 23.00hrs there was still noises from mainly above. During the day when I was working on my computer there was bangings and noses from 07.00 through till late 13.00hrs. The situation was ideal but not the noises. The rest of my 5 day stay was very good. Food at Beefeaters excellent. Both breakfasts and evening meal, good choices and the staff always asked " do you have any allergies " so very attentive to Natasha's Law (Food Information Regulations Amendment) and The Food Information Regulations 2014 & Retained EU Regulation 1169/2011. Excellent understanding of these rules and laws.

  They gave me room number one. This should not be a room. It is right next yo fire door in reception which bangs shut all day as people pass through. Same from 5 in morning. Tried to change but they were full.

  Receptionist friendly, helpful,the room we had was a disabled room fully equipped bathroom very clean, bedroom, bedding clean and fresh , heating was brilliant.Had a meal in the beefeater nextdoor lovely well cooked meals the chefs and waiting staff do a good job.
