- GCGill C4 days ago3.0Usual Premier Inn experience, good size room, 6ft bed, ensuite bathroom with bath/shower over. Only one comfy chair, one desk chair & no table (just the desk). Not great for relaxing! Reception staff somewhat brusque, definitely not the usual Premier Inn welcome! Breakfast only available in small dining room, lovely attentive staff here. NOTE: the restaurant next door is closed, its a fairly long walk or short car drive to nearest restaurant but M&S nearby for sandwiches & snacks.

Good location for Arnison Centre and buses/taxis into town, or a walk if you’re able. Only complaint is that the price per night seems to vary wildly from one day/week to the next.

No complaints as such about the actual hotel on our visit, but let down by discovering the pub/restaurant next door was shut. We’d booked this hotel specifically because it had the pub next door so felt a bit annoyed by this.
- DDDerek DavisJun 6, 20263.03yrs since we were here last. Not as good now. The onsite pub has closed. If you lije a drink ,its a 20 min walk to the nearest. Sopping centre close by is quite good,gets very busy.
- EBEmma BainesJun 6, 20261.0Used as a stop over on a long trip. Room and bathroom smelt very strong of urine, asked to move but no other rooms available. Nearly left but children fell asleep, the next day we all smelt of it and quickly got home to change. Will never return to this hotel.
