- AAAnnieAug 8, 20265.0Convenient location to the A1. Lovely people on reception. The usual standard of Premier Inn rooms. Comfortable bed and a nice shower although a non slip mat inside the shower would be great. Third visit to this location.
- CMCampbell MillerJul 29, 20261.0Amber heat warning day , arrived 20 minutes early , were not allowed to sit in lobby until check.in out of the heat .Told to go to pub next door Hairs in bathroom plug hole Receptionist could not care less , attitude poor.Company on feedback report despite the offical uk goverment advice on extreme unexpected heat it was ok not to be able to sit inside a cooller environment when heat effected with radiant heat from car travel for 15-20 mins Not the best and defo less caring premier inn in uk

Had food in the Beefeater nextdoor and the food was awful. Lost our order and the food was undercooked when brought to the table. Did get a refund however.

We visited Durham City one day and travelled in by bus. City traffic was horrendous!! Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Everywhere was clean. Beds very comfortable. Ideal for a short stay.
