- JJJules3 days ago5.0The Team at Premier Inn Poole North are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. As a solo female business traveller they made me feel safe and secure and completely catered for. Sam was wonderful and was there anytime I had any questions. I would highly recommend and would look forward to returning. Thank you.
- SSSRGMay 16, 20263.0Staff went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay, unfortunately the room let the hotel down, aircon/heater would not warm up blew cold air constantly, reported it 1st night nothing done no alternative offered, also 2nd day toilet developed a leak although it was fixed before we left, food was great, hopefully next visit will be improved on this one

All of the staff here were amazing, breakfast time was like watching the game "diner dash"with the staff meeting greeting clearing tables all with happy smiles and nothing too much trouble, plenty of well cooked food available too. Lovely clean quiet rooms peaceful and relaxing as expected. Thank you all we shall definitely return, really appreciated your efforts to ensure we had an amazing stay.

The friendly staff were great, the food was of a good quality and the prices reasonable. Would eat there again for sure, some of the younger staff were very polite too
