  Very disappointed with my room no 15 on the ground floor near the reception .Wasnt cleaned very well although the cleaner had just left 🤔 Big stain in the toilet pan water seemed to take ages to fill the up again ,hardly any water coming out of taps ,also only one towel .Very noisey people in the room above us ,air condition worked but the caseing started to make a noise ,unless you hit it which cured it for 10mins then would start again .Usually premiers are good but not this one

  The location of the hotel was very convenient, with parking available and Sealife and Sandworld just behind the hotel. The hotel itself was also generally quiet, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our room was quite disappointing. There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke which seemed to have settled into the whole room, and we had to keep using air freshener throughout our stay. Because of this, we didn’t feel completely comfortable with the cleanliness of the room. It would also have been nicer to find everything fully refilled and ready when we first arrived. There was no enough towels or toilet papers. It made us feel as though we were using things left over from the previous guests. Breakfast wasn’t really to our taste either. We understand that prices are higher during the summer season, but considering the condition of the room and the overall experience, we felt the price per night was quite expensive for what was offered.

  My recent stay at the Premier Inn Weymouth Seafront was a mixed experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its prime seafront location. However, the hotel itself is definitely showing its age. The decor and facilities are dated and to better reflect its nightly rates, it could benefit from a revamp to bring them up to a standard expected.

  Amazing location, can't fault that and the free onsite parking. But .... Where to start.... *On arrival not enough towels or toilet paper, asked for more and the housekeeping staff rolled her eyes and had a full on meltdown slagging off the Managers * The hotel room stank of disgusting damp *The AC didn't work *Our towels weren't changed over a three night stay even though we requested it every morning as per signage * The sink kept getting blocked * First night the put next door was closed for lunch, then dinner. We went for breakfast and it was all over cooked. We ended uo having yogurt and fruit I've stayed in premier inns and this was disgusting and a utter disgrace. Not a 3 star more than a low 2! Only saving grace as mentioned was the location for the beach and the free parking The manager was lovely though. Don't expect much. An absolute dump and needs some money investing to update it as it's tatty as

  Booked premium Plus room but given disabled room with shower is too bad as barely any water coming through. We tried to complain about that but seems staff doesn't really care. Worst part bar is only open between 5pm - 9pm, too bad for a tourist area. Asked for non sparkling water as they have only given sparkling in the room, yet after asking reception non sparkling we have been given sparkling again. We paid too much for this kind of service. None of the staff got smile on their face, not welcoming. Been treated like using free service although we paid lot for a night
