  Very Spacious Room - Well Air Conditioned,Well Lit And Layed Out Very Well,The Staff Are Really Helpful And Truly Friendly,Very Professional And Really Supportive, Especially The Duty Manager On The Day Of Booking In "Sarah Bellingham",She Was Amazing,So Understanding And Understanding,Made Us Feel At Home; Always With Premier Inn,As Soon As You Check-in,They Have Vehicle Number Registration System, Register Your Vehicle - To Avoid A £95 Parking Fine; Everything Was Amazing - We Missed Out On Breakfast, Because Premier Inn Was Refurbishing The Breakfast Area And Pub; Just A Suggestion They Could Of Offer A Free Breakfast Voucher To Each Hotel Guests That Were

  Dreadful Stay – Premier Inn Is Losing Its Way This was an extremely disappointing stay and, unfortunately, a very poor reflection of what I once regarded as a reliable and consistent brand. For the price being charged, the standard was simply not acceptable. The room was dirty, tired and in poor condition, with a general feeling that the hotel had been allowed to deteriorate. When you are paying a premium price, you expect a clean, well-maintained room and a basic level of service — this fell well short. The lack of a restaurant made the experience even worse. One of the reasons people choose Premier Inn is the convenience and consistency of the overall stay. Removing facilities while continuing to charge high prices makes the offering increasingly difficult to justify. It genuinely feels as though cost-cutting has gone too far. Saving money by reducing facilities, maintenance and standards may improve the figures in the short term, but it risks seriously damaging the Premier Inn brand in the long term. I have stayed with Premier Inn many times in the past and have always considered it a dependable choice. Sadly, this stay was anything but dependable. Expensive, dirty, tired and disappointing. Premier Inn needs to take a serious look at what it is doing to the brand before loyal customers simply stop coming back.

  My only regret is that I didn’t take photos for you to believe me. Service/stuff is practically non existent, very hard to get any assistance. My towel was stained heavily and it took me two days to replace it (I was working during the days) The room wasn’t clean Breakfast is not served )why?) and the outside coffee truck is an insult. I will not return

  Stayed Monday & Tuesday night, after a 9 hour journey with two toddlers we were welcomed by two lovely ladies on reception. They were brilliant with our kids during our stay so the girls couldn't wait to pass through reception to tell them what they had been up to. The room was clean, we didn't eat here but McDonald's and Costa were a 2 minute walk away, sainsburys directly opposite so perfect location for anyone with children that may need supplies.

  There was nothing premier about this Premier Inn, broken AC, mouldy ceiling, room floor that was covered in dirt that obviously hadn’t been vacuumed in a long while and to top it off the warning sign directly in front of my room. For over £160 for a night this place was utterly awful in every way.
