- AKAshley KissickJun 14, 20263.0Check in is now done with a computer screen so know staff to welcome you on arrival. Staff were friendly at the bar and at breakfast. Our room however was damp. The sheets felt damp when we climbed into bed after a long journey. When we put our clothes on for the following day they also felt damp. I hope they can resolve this issue.

She asked and was told it would be available in 15 minutes. She waited and again nothing. She was told another 10 minutes. Thats all she eats. She gave up & complained to the male floor manager. He said he would refund her the breakfast money. We are still waiting!
- HXHenry XiaMay 31, 20262.0This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First, the room smelled musty, making me want to vomit. Also, the restaurant staff downstairs were extremely rude. When we went downstairs to eat, they not only ignored us but also made us wait half an hour to be seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables.

It was hot weather over 29-30*. Really enjoyed my stay. Was good choice of unlimited breakfast. Also they have restaurant served lovely dinner. Good choice of menu's. Good staffs!! Definitely visit again!!!
