- DDDavid Douglas4 days ago2.0Overall this was a disappointing experience. It’s understaffed and when we were there they had not had a food or drink delivery. Seems to be no manager to ensure thing is running smoothly. The meal deal is ok value but the drinks are pretty limited. They have successfully made the customer feel not that important . Which is madness as without customers they haven’t got a business anymore. Premier inn used to feel premier but it doesn’t anymore. Will stay else where in future.
- SMShorif MAug 10, 20264.0I stayed at this hotel for one night. The service was excellent, and the staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. However, the carpet on the floor looks very old and could use some updating. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
- JSJo StreeterAug 6, 20263.0Rooms are nice and big, clean, showers are good. Unfortunately if you stay in the hotel you’re a bit isolated, town is a drive away. Whilst we stayed there getting food in the restaurant at night was difficult, there was always a long wait to get a table so many people were ordering in food. Breakfast here is good.

Had to manually request a clean and on at least two days this was not adhered too. On more than one occasion we had to remake our own beds with new sheets and empty out our own rubbish. When you are paying for a service you expect to receive it. Dinner service was below par. Even minor amendments like custard instead of ice cream were impossible. The worst thing was that they kept our children waiting for food for over 45 mins. Completely unacceptable. All food was microwavable so I have no idea why this took so long to prepare. The only benefit to our stay was the location. Some staff tried their best but I think overall they need more highly trained staff to tend to this hotel, particularly in housekeeping.
- SBSimon BJul 27, 20264.0Great room lovely and comfortable, located on the ground floor. The the Air Con was was a welcome relief with the exceptionally high July temperatures. The self check-in was a bit clumsy but assistance from a member of the team helped. While a few miles out of the centre of Poole the drive in was easy.
