  Great quality as expected from a premier inn Staff were happy and helped book the local pub for a meal . Clean room and bathroom and AC was already on which was a nice touch

  Stayed here for a few nights and the service was excellent, but what really stood out was one of the staff members (Nicky H). She went completely above and beyond — even ironed a shirt for me without me asking. Super friendly, genuinely kind, and you can just tell she’s the real deal. She’s new to the job but already a massive asset to the team.

  Tired rooms in need of refurb. Excellent team at reception save for miscommunication over having our room cleaned each day of our stay - cleaning staff worked hard but too few for the number of rooms. Excellent location for coastal highlights and coffee shops or full on restaurants.

  Ideal location for exploring. From here we did the New Forest, Poole, Brownsea Island, Lymington and the Isle of Wight!!
